Terrible. Took time out of my workday to make an appointment which was confirmed. Arrived at the facility and was told they couldn’t draw my labs because their server was down and they needed a “printed order” despite the entire process of ordering the labs being electronic. Save your time and go with a different company!

Why does your website say you are open 9am until 12pm and also it reads that it is currently opened. It is to cold to drive there to find out that this location is closed.Please try to be more considerate to your customers.

Been here a few times, usually ok, but today the lady there was in panic mode and very rude, that woman aint sticking needles in me, ill find somewhere else!Update, went to quest across the street, busy, but professional!

This is the most professional place I have gotten bloodwork done. They are always efficient and painless I’m in and out in literally 5 minutes. I highly recommend coming here.

I took my daughter into have blood work and the woman behind the counter was polite and professional. When it was time for her to take her blood she was amazing. My daughter was scared but the phlebotomist with glasses and black hair calmed her down and was gentle with her. Thank you very much for taking care of my daughter.

AVOID at all cost. The woman who checked.me in and then drew my blood was RUDE, miserable and the most unprofessional "healthcare" worker I have ever come across. I've had blood drawn dozens of times and this woman jabbed me so hard, was extremely rough and then ripped out the needle. I was beyond upset but still said "thank you" to which she replied "uh huh." My forearm is STILL sore and a little numb which has never happened. Had this not happened to me, I wouldn't believe it. She seemed "mad" at me almost. Perhaps just a miserable person. Maybe because she was overweight and I'm not? I hate to say that but it seemed so unwarranted from check in to her "uh huh". STAY AWAY until they remove this rude person from the staff.
