First of all, from check in to when I was called was incredibly fast!
My most important feedback though is that Mackenzie was an AMAZING Phlebotomist. I expressed my extreme anxiety to her, as in the past no one has EVER been able to successfully get a vein on the first try. I also expressed that I would pass out if she had to dig for the vein. She did an awesome job calming me down, and then she spent a good amount of time on each arm palpating for a vein. She told me my veins are deep which helped me understand better why nurses and techs have such trouble getting my veins. She found a vein, quietly prepped my arm and adequately warned me about a little pinch...that I didn't even feel!
She got my vein on the first try, I didn't feel it at all and in less than 30 seconds it was done. I was ecstatic and so grateful that she made it so easy and calming for me.
I seriously told probably 10 different people about the experience, and recommended this Quest Diagnositcs, when I left because I put off this blood work for 3 months out of sheer panic, and Mackenzie has definitely restored a good amount of trust in phlebotomists for me.

Derry location 5 stars .
Seabrook ZERO 0 stars not open.
Their location website said it was. AND the phone number said FORTY 40 min phone wait. It took me 36 minutes to drive to the Derry location. (Jesus I could have driven to 3 locations under the 40 min call wait time, but I wasn't sure WHAT would be open since obviously Seabrook wasnt!!)

Friendly and very professional, I arrived at 6:10 am,
And before 6:30 I was leaving for work.

Bad experience with this company. Clerical error on thier part kept the insurance from paying for 8 months, they sent it to 2 different colleciton agencies...still wrestling with them. Find another service.

They had a well running process and they ruined it! Now you need to book appointments. Well, if you're fasting then you better book your appointment way in advance because all of the early appoints are already booked. The standby option at the kiosk is a joke. I waited almost an hour and decided to leave. People were frustrated at the kiosk when trying to confirm their appointments. They were getting messages that they were not scheduled, etc. There is no one in the front office area to help. They need to revise the process again.
