Impossible to reach via phone. The "blood technician" did not complete my blood work even though she said it went great. Now it is my responsibility to reschedule both my Quest blood work and my doctor's appointment due to Quest's inability to fullfill my blood work requests (even though my blood filled the vial fast and technician commented that it went great).

The waiting room is clean, it’s an easy check in process via a kiosk, they always take me right on my scheduled appointment time, and the phlebotomists are polite & friendly (and good at what they do.) I’m always in & out in less than 10 minutes, and they take appointments starting at 6:00 am!!

I went to Quest Diagnostics at 14 Tsienneto Rd today for blood work and had the most HORRIFYING customer service experience ever. I think the guys lab coat said Arthur. He was huffing and puffing after he saw my order. He was frustrated that 2 of the codes needed clarification and he did try to call my Dr with no success. He tried again and it didn’t go through so I said- no worries, I won’t make you do that and I’ll deal with it another time. Maybe the guy had a hard day so I was trying to give him grace. Then during the draw he said- next time you should come in earlier because it takes a long time for these to process. It was just after 3. So I nicely explained that it didn’t work with my schedule so he proceeded to tell me there is a walk in location 2 buildings down. Okay but I made an appointment and they didn’t give me a heads up on the processing time on the website. Absolutely horrified. I will also be writing a letter to complain as well as calling with hopes to get a person on the phone. So unacceptable.

I went in for a blood draw 5/9/24 the gentleman was AMAZING I didn’t even know he had stuck me until he asked if I was doing okay!! 100/10 he knows his job and deserves a raise because I’m a terrible stick and terrible person to draw from!!

Horrible customer service you are just a number here. Everything is run by the kiosk, no humans there for customer service. Techs won't even talk to you unless you've touched the kiosk first.

Sucked! Dr ordered blood test sent in the paperwork twice waited over an hour and still haven’t had my blood drawn. Pathetic!
