Great experience and great people. They had my car fixed and back on the road in just about 2 weeks after an accident. They even cleaned and washed the inside and out before turning over the key

Went in with our Jeep due to a stripped bolt. Mark helped us take it out and replaced it with a new one. Didn’t ask for any money. Really helped us out and was very friendly. Highly recommend!

I have my car back and it looks great inside and out! I couldn’t say enough good things here. I was a walk in, and got an immediate estimate. We scheduled my work to get started within days and Mark got me back on the road in time as promised. They even cleaned glue off my windows from a previous tinting I had to take off!
I love supporting local business and everyone here provided service above and beyond.

Tracy, a driver of spacetown threatened me at the scene of my accident when I was only 18 years old. "What can I do to not hit this girl's head in?" Because he couldn't find my keys on my passenger seat. When I looked into pressing charges, Derry PD said it would be difficult to pursue since the officers were in their cars and didn't hear the threat, but they did acknowledge that I was hysterical on scene repeating that I was threatened. I was young and regret not taking more legal action, however, the only thing I can control now is that I will never EVER reccomend this place for that reason. Tracy, if you see this, I hope you've learned patience with young, scared kids. If you can't tell, I'll never forgive you for how scared you made me. Nor will I forgive Derry PD for not helping me feel safe.

So I’m giving two stars because the job was done well. And I have the upmost respect for small businesses as my girlfriend has a small business as well. With that being said, I had ordered and paid for most of the part as well as the job 16 days ago. I was told it would be a quick delivery and a quick process from the part came in. I let about a week and a half ago by and had not heard anything from the business. So when I called at the end of last week I was told that it would be there either Friday or Monday and I said OK thanks for letting me know. It seems like it’s taking a while. When I did not receive a call on Friday or Monday, I called on day 15 and spoke to the front desk, and they said they will call me back. When they called me back, they told me that they had not placed my order until a week after I had already paid. This was frustrating to me, because when I had called at the end of the week before they did not inform me that they had not ordered my part until a week after I had already paid, but just told me that it would be there on those different days and not because they have not ordered it. I wish somebody would’ve called and told me that and not just assumed that I’d be OK with waiting this long and that I had to call and find out the reason why this process took this long. It would’ve been nice if they hadn’t charged me full price for everything since there was lack of communication and I had already paid most of my money, two weeks ago, and they had not ordered my part until a week after paying. Like I said the job was done well but the customer service was poor.

Went there for an estimate for some body work on my car. The guy was very nice and very thorough. He did my estimate right then and there and printed it out for me. I'm very very happy. I highly recommend this place!!

Twice I have had my 16 year old Honda Civic repaired at Spacetown auto . The last repair was for a front bumper which I needed to be secured. He didn't think he could do much because it really needed to be rep;laced. I didn't want to put any more money into a 16 year old car and request enough of a fix so it would pass inspection. A day and a half later I picked up the car and the bumper looked like it was new. The cost of the repair was $60. Most places would have charged that just to look at the car. Spacetown gets an A+ from me.\nI

I was referred here by a friend for a state inspection. I’m so glad he did! I met up with Mark, who was incredibly pleasant and quick with getting my car in and out in no time. He was kind enough to give me some recommendations regarding my tires as well. Super friendly guy, phenomenal customer service. I wish they did repairs as well as body work, because I’d love to take my business for auto servicing to them! Highly, highly recommend Spacetown. Will be glad to go again next year for a new inspection.
