I've been going to Sullivan for years... I'll shop around for pricing but end up back at Sullivan tire with great serve and competitive pricing. They always get us right in without delay! Pat at the counter very helpful and kind!

Was a little disappointed. Went in for an inspection they said car looked good except it needed a tie rod and suggested i do both, I agreed. Picked up the car later that day and discovered they had Not put the regular sticker on, they put a 60 day sticker on and NEVER told me. I saw the sticker the next day and called them upset as I was Not told there was anything wrong with the car. They said to bring the car back when I returned from Massachuttes. I stop there on my way home. They checked the car and said everything was good so put the regular sticker on it. After spending over $500 when they first had my car you would think at least they would have checked the tire pressure, which was a little low and checked the wiper fluid level but nothing was checked. Not the best customer service.

I had a deeply frustrating experience at Sullivan Tire in Derry, NH, when I took my Tesla Model Y in to replace the two front tires (21-inch wheels). Earlier this year, they successfully replaced my rear tires (also 21-inch, though slightly taller), so I trusted them to handle this job. I scheduled an appointment, and they ordered the tires in advance. Everything seemed set. Also, I have been going to Sullivan for over 20 years, so this shop is not new to me.
After handing over my car, I waited 45 minutes only to be told that their tire machine couldn’t fit my front rims due to size limitations. This was baffling, given they had no issue with the rear 21-inch wheels months prior. With ten’s of thousands of Tesla Model Ys on the road, how could Sullivan Tire’s online booking system schedule a service for Michelin tires they sell, yet fail to flag that their equipment cannot mount or dismount the 21-inch front rims?
Ten minutes later, they returned my car with an apology, and the manager, who has always been polite, sent me on my way.
However, when I inspected my car before leaving, I noticed something infuriating: one of my front wheels, which was pristine with no scratches or curb rash before the visit, now had fresh gouges and damage to the black paint. I immediately brought this to the manager’s attention, pointing out the contradiction—how could their machine not fit the rim if they clearly attempted to remove it and caused this damage? The lack of transparency is what stings most. Instead of owning up to the mistake and admitting their technician tried and failed, potentially damaging my wheel in the process, they tried to brush it under the rug, hoping I wouldn’t notice. The manager took photos and promised their wheel repair service would fix the rim, but this doesn’t erase the inconvenience. I left with no new tires and a damaged wheel, meaning I’ll have to return to deal with their mistake. This isn’t just about the damage—it’s about trust. If they had been upfront, saying, “We tried, messed up, and will make it right,” I’d feel differently. Instead, their attempt to hide the issue shattered any confidence I had in their service.
Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. Trust is earned, not given, and Sullivan Tire in Derry has lost mine completely.

Whent in to get prices on tires not professional took calls stopped helping me then took his food then whent back to me then could not give a price on the tires still and wanted more information this took about 20 min and I was the only one in the place will not go there again

Awesome people in here. They’ll go above and beyond. Big corporate name, but their mom-and-pop shop vibes are intact. Did suspension work for me today. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back for tires soon.

Sullivan Tire in Derry is awesome. They do exactly what you want and need and never try to sell you services you don't need. They not only replaced tires and did the alignment on my vehicle, but also took the time to fix a light / electrical issue I had been having with my vehicle for months and couldn't find anyone to do it right. I also asked them to check my brakes. I was convinced they were gone. The techs double checked them and assured me they did not need to be replaced!

Never go here!! My daughter went here for an inspection and tire rotation and they totally tried to take advantage of her. They tried to charge her $824.00 for rear brakes and an oil change (and the oil wasn't due for another 1,000 miles and/or another several months!) I called to confirm what they had told her and then said do the tire rotation and nothing else. Magically, when I went with her to pick up the car they had added several items to the quote to try and justify the price. They also told me the tire rotation was completed ... a total lie!! I know it was lie because I marked the tires before hand and when I did the brakes the next morning the passenger side tire was rusted on in place. This place is totally unscrupulous and the exact reason people don't trust repair shops! Sullivan Tires has been nothing but bad news after selling the business to the employees.

Service is always quick, top notch, and prices are reasonable. I have been a customer of Sullivan for many years and wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else for repairs.

Just got my RAV4 back having one tire change, but not in pairs…. When picking up the vehicle, when asking if they checked the alignment they said they did not because the other tires were similar and they only changed one tire. They claimed if I had asked for them to check the alignment, then they would have. Shouldn’t it be standard to check the alignment…. Then when picking up the vehicle the next day the console of my relatively new Rav4 showed a “enter the 6 digit pin” and it has not gone away. No communication about that at all even when picking up the vehicle. Would not recommend them. If you do go to them, make sure you ask to check an alignment, because apparently you should not assume they will check the alignment.

Sullivan Tire in Derry has always been a shop that I can count on to address what I ask them to, with quality work and parts, and they’re always friendly on top of it. I never need to brace myself for what so many other shops do, and nit pick my entire vehicle with thousands of dollars of recommended additional parts on vehicles that just don’t need to be perfect.
Sullivan Tire is a great part of our community in my opinion.
