I would never use their on line service again. I made an appointment, and picked tires. I drove 45 minutes to get there and they didnt have my tires. I was told they had to get them from warehouse, so I had to make another appointment. Someone should be checking their on line appointments, to make sure they have whats needed for their appointments. My 2nd appointment the service was great, I got there a little early and they took me right in. They explained everything, everyone was very nice.

Been coming for years, Paul is the manager and is fantastic. I will continue to come here however 6 months ago or so they outsourced to a call center in India and now every time I call I get someone who can barely speak English, make sure to dial ext 2 to talk to Paul or someone at the local location. Hard to understand how this is better in any way but unfortunately it's the world we live in now.

They rip off young kids by changing the tires from the $180 to ones that cost $230 and they add on tire protection without asking.

They were extremely helpful with a flat repair and tire changeover. Easy to work with. The person at the desk seemed to genuinely care.

Great Location for all your tire needs. Paul & his crews are always friendly from the time you walk in the door and are greeted. Even though walk ins are welcome , calling ahead to see if they are busy and setting a time in is highly recommended by myself to assure you can get in for an appointment. I will always use this location for our tire needs.

I’m not sure the name of the gentlemen that have helped me but the man at the counter quoted me 3 options for tires, put them on same day, took less than an hour for all 4 tires to get put on. Customer service was great, the people were nice and even helped me with a rebate for the brand of tires I chose. My car rides perfectly smooth now and had no issues. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the Derry area to go to Tire Warehouse on Tsienneto Road
