Nick, an associate at the UPS store in Derry is a very professional employee...helpful, polite. knowledgeable and responsive. He went out of his way to help solve a shredding problem despite the fact that there was a long line of customers waiting for his attention. UPS is very lucky to have him on their Team!

Went to Derry UPS , nick was super helpful with dealing with my return while multi tasking! Definitely the place to go for any return! Nick is definitely an asset to the company!

We use this store quite often for Amazon returns and/or shipping other items out and everytime we do the customer service is 10/10. Our most recent visit we came across Rory and Nick working the counter and they both handled a busy burst by multitasking customers needs and were kind, helpful, and funny while doing it. Always a pleasant experience going to this location.

I got a frantic phone call as I was dropping my package on the counter. I hadn’t attached the return label to my package and felt guilty as this has been an issue in the past. While I was on the phone, the gentleman simply took my package and said “I know what to do with this, take your phone call”. His kindness was so appreciated.

Went to shred documents, on-line clearly stared that shredding was $0.79 per pound with coupon. Store would not honor the coupon and charge me double! Don’t believe the online advertising!!!!

I have consistently had great experiences here after years of unsatisfactory service from the post office. Always friendly, very helpful and they don’t make you feel like a ding dong for asking questions!

Kameron was exceptionally helpful with my return package. Having trouble scanning the return label, she was very happy yo assist me and make sure both items were scanned properly and packaged for the return. Cant say enough about the help she provided.

I went to the store last night 1/21 and the two kids in there had no idea what they were doing. They were complaining they had anxiety. All I needed was a copy made, and they didn’t know how to do it. I called today to complain and the same kid answered and then he hung up on me because I was complaining. I would never go to that store again. Those people are insane.

Charged me to ship the package…of course I’m fine with that. Charged me for the box it needed to go in…again, of course. But then charged me $4 because I needed to email the shipping label to them. I sent the email, she clicked open, and I got charged $4. Lol I hope this place is closed the next time I drive by. Laughable.

Amelia and Ben are absolutely amazing at the Derry NH store next to the only Gamestop. I have been I ther multiple times over the last few weeks and of course ue to the holiday season their store is always packed with customers. Inhabe never seen 2 dedicated employees get things done so fast while being beyond helpful with smiles on their faces and zero attitude. They or sure deserve commission for their hard work! Just the best!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
