everyone in the house was home & you didn’t even attempt to get signature, in fact there was a resident outside you could have asked as well. you just left a note telling me to pick it up next week. thanks a lot

Not sure if it falls under NH or florida but when i had the gift delivered to a friend it looked as if someone opened it and retaped so my friend got an empty box instead of the gift inside filled out a complate and guess what they closed the case and got nothing

ZERO STARS. This government facility needs more training! I sent 50 plus wedding invitations and confirmed with counter employee that stamp is correct with weight of envelope. He assured me the stamp I had was correct and took all of my wedding invitations to send. 2 days later a women from the post office dropped them all off claiming the stamp that was used was insufficient. Why tell me the stamp was correct and take two business days to return them, very unprofessional and disorganized.

Stopped by to see if by chance my package that was unable to be delivered made it back to the post office yet. My postman couldn’t deliver due to the construction being performed on my apt building. I knew the chances of the post man being back from delivering that same day were pretty low but Nicole went above and beyond to help me track down my package. She was so kind, helpful and informative and I just couldn’t thank her more. Thank you again Nicole, you were amazing! I appreciate you!

This post office picks and chooses when it wants to leave packages at apartments. Constantly 50/50 shot if I’ll ever get my packages and have to go out of my way somehow to find time to pick them up. Sellers don’t put any type of special delivery as I confirmed that and I order from the same damn places and 50% of the time they’ll leave my package the other 50% is whenever they clearly don’t feel like it. Make it make sense please ? Worst customer service there’s only one nice gentleman who works there. The women are so beyond rude.

Yikes! Earlier today I went in for a passport (website says walk ins welcome)and I waited in a slow moving line, which didn't bother me, but was greeted? by an unpleasant man who then told me I had to make an appointment. I was unfortunate to have this man before when I went there for stamps I believe. I don't know how he has lasted there this long, poor customer service. I'll be making my passport appointment in nashua even though it is a bit more of a distance. I wouldn't waste your time with the derry office.

The people who work here are very kind and caring. The line gets busy at times but consistently moves at a decent pace. My circumstances for going here to pick up mail they were holding was a tough one and caused me to show up one day to late to see my brother one last time before he unexpectedly died. I was going to change my review but this place was the one reason I don't get the chance to see him again.

Thank you, Ann! My mom and I went to have her lost passport replaced, and Ann couldn't have been kinder or more helpful to us! She was incredibly sweet to my mom and made it easy and quick.
