The best Verizon store we've been to yet. We have been Verizon customers for almost 6 years and had the best experience at this location than an other we have dealt with. Zack was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Would never go back to any other Verizon location. 10 stars!!!!

Great store to get your new phone if you're in the market for one. I'm fairly tech savvy and still think it's totally worth having them set up your phone for you. And Colin really nailed it with putting on the screen protector on my new Samsung!

Would like to put in a good word for Zack at Victra Verizon in Derry, NH. While my Customer Experience with Verizon in general has been (at best) mixed, Zack proves to be the exception to the rule. His friendliness, professionalism and obvious commitment to Customer Service is above reproach...and very much appreciated by this customer. It's just a shame that Verizon relies on their "workers in the trenches" to provide the positive Customer Experience that the Company at large appears to be unable/unwilling to implement. WELL DONE ZACK...and thanks so much!
