“The care and treatment by the technician and the doctor was excellent, they were patient, kind, supportive, and so gentle with my cat. The exam was thorough, they explained things well and made us feel really comfortable. They worked within our constraints as this was the second animal emergency we had with our pets in a matter of days with no judgement. They also saw my very high anxiety dog to do his emergency room follow up at the same time, and anyone who is gentle and patient with him is an angel in my book. I also cannot say enough good things about the administrative staff who answered all my panicked calls all week and scheduling and rescheduling appointments, so patient, kind, and understanding. 10/10, 5 stars, highly recommend.”
