Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. I could tell immediately that everyone knew their jobs and were skilled.

Purchased 4 tires and an alignment. I only received an after profile of the alignment and not a before which makes it impossible to determine how much of an adjustment occurred. Person at desk said they forgot to print before picture. Went back the next day and asked for the before specs and was told they had no stored memory of the alignment and couldn’t produce a copy. And honest shop always gives you a before and after. There was no evidence of the jam nut on the tie rod being loosened. It was still sealed against the tie rod from when the vehicle was rust proofed.

I had a tire pressure low indicator light on. I called VIP in Derry, NH and explained my situation. They were able to schedule an appointment for me to come right away. The technician found a leaking valvestem which was replaced. The service visit took less than an hour and I was safely back on the road again. I was also able to defray the cost of the repair by more than 50% because I had BAYIQ Cash Back on my VIP account that I put towards this service fee. Everyone there was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Overall I had a great experience and like to bring my car to VIP Derry for most of my vehicle maintenance.

I felt much more at ease that they could not find an issue that I was told by a previous dealership. And was given advice on one part of my vehicle that does need repairs. I'm very pleased with the outcome and all I needed was an oil filter in oil change there was no leak.
