Office people are GREAT!
Unfortunately, The mechanic could not do the PTU fluid in a 2015 Taurus.
Thought a Ford dealer would have taught notch mechanics?
WRONG!!
To do the PTU it is a pain in the butt, You just need a syringe type fluid transfer tool.
THEY WANTED TO DROP THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS AND CHARGE ME FOUR TIMES WITH THE JOB IS WORTH.
SHAKING MY HEAD VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR MECHANICAL WORK THE MECHANICS ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS WHATSOEVER!

I’m giving 5 stars cause I’ve had experience with other ford dealers an had to bring my vehicle back cause of issues they created while fixing something else. Bill dubes service department fixed my truck right the first time a was very communicative along the way. Kevin Hennessey was my technician a for a young man he does fabulous work an I will continue to have him fix anything that needs fixing in the future. Thanks again

Brian was absolutely fantastic! I came to Bill Dube knowing I wanted to lease or purchase the white 2025 Ford Explorer ST on the lot, and he — along with the entire team — made it happen seamlessly. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly straightforward.
This was by far the most positive, low-pressure dealership experience I’ve ever had. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They guided me through every step, even providing great resources to ensure I had the best insurance coverage.

Amazing experience! Bought my 1st and 2nd cars at Bill Dube as a teen and had great experiences. I just bought a 2019 Ford Raptor special order with Bill LaGrange as the Salesperson. Of the 20 or so vehicles I've purchased in my life, the experience from start to finish was incredible. Bill Dube beat out other dealers in the area that were trying to get my business and Bill LaGrange made promises that he kept. Professional, personable and a great communicator. Josh in the finance department was excellent too. Made our early Christmas gift to ourselves a memory we'll cherish forever! Thanks Bill and Josh and Bill Dube management, you have a customer for life!

Just bought a used car from Bill Dube Ford. Employees (from sales to finance) were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very smooth, stress-free process. Our trade-in was valued as we expected and we got a good price on our purchased car.
