I hired Calling All Cargo to execute a move from a rented single family home to one of the units of a duplex. The duplex is located about 5 miles from the single family home. Both locations are 3 bedroom, 2 bath albeit with very different layouts. I chose Calling All Cargo based upon several factors ---- a small, locally operated company, excellent communications with the Sales Rep, positive past reviews and pricing. Before the actual move, communications via email and telephone were all timely and top notch.
On the day of the move, I received a text message advising me of the estimated time for the arrival of the 2-person crew. They did, in fact, arrive on time. Both of the movers were always personable and professional. Conversation and communication about various details about the move were continuous and prevented misunderstandings or confusion. The movers always asked questions relevant to clarifying various details about items to be loaded and moved as well as items that needed to be left behind. On delivery at the target location, similar conversations led to efficient and careful placement of furniture, etc. The movers were always respectful of my possessions. They never wasted any time in getting the “job done” in a timely fashion. Overall, we worked together as an efficient and effective team.
Needless to say, I was very happy with the quality of services that I received. My compliments to the two movers. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Calling All Cargo to other possible clients.

The guys that came were very professional and friendly. They made sure all our furniture was wrapped and protected. I hired Calling All Cargo to assist with the unloading of a 26' U-Haul and large POD container after a cross-country move, and from start to finish I was so impressed with the professionalism of this company. My contact person was Josh, who very patiently reviewed the details of my move with me and was able to (with incredible accuracy!) determine how many crew members I would need to complete the unload in the allowable timeframe. On the day of the service, the crew of three young men (Jordan, Damien, and Kelvin) showed up right on time and got to work. They expertly unloaded my entire household--despite a poor packing job by the "professionals" who loaded it at my starting location--and took great care with both my new home and my belongings. They were friendly, polite, efficient, and very hard working. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend Calling All Cargo to anyone in the area in need of moving services.
