I went in to buy a beer and gas and she held my id like it owed her money!!! I had to demand it back to my possession, I know she has a job but to hold my stuff while I was a passenger to a car

Okay at first likes coming here until I got gas, First time the station that took 10 days refund rest of our gas money on our debit card. Plus bank said it was the gas station not them. Second time I used a credit card inside because everyone knows at a pump not good idea anywhere because they over take the money. Put it back on but takes days so I prepaid 20$ go outside half pumps were out of service the one pump that was open. I literally hit unleaded 4 times and started pumping plus fuel and I noticed and immediately stopped pumping. Which most time is fine with cars but can mess up other cars if not suppose be inside your model. I go tell the associate she actually cared but manager has a bad attitude and they were like have refund card and pay again. Sorry but when taking ten days get refunds or more and it’s not the bank yeah right so you want charge me double and people are living on fixed incomes and wait get my money back. They’re crazy clearly. Got annoyed so instead of being rude I just left and got gas somewhere else. Seems every time theirs a issue or another so honestly I’m only going come here for coffee like I was and get my gas elsewhere and other purchases. Plus in the beginning they were fast and now you always waiting for someone smoke a cig or on phone before getting checked out for 30 minutes. Then rushing me and I don’t rush idc you took forever when theirs no customers and wait for a line to come check out. I understand why they have bad reviews now. Plus don’t answer a phone at midnight with no customers to ask a question.

This place is set up bad so there isn't even a line to get in people are just randomly spread out the place trying to cash out, an there employees are rude an disrespectful, I won't stop here again, obviously who ever owns it is more concerned about making money then respectfully employees, this place is a joke

I worked here for about 4 months. The place is ridiculous if your a hard worker don't waste your time. You will not be valued or respected . They pick and choose which policies to enforce. They ignore certain things just so they don't have to work any harder then necessary. Management doesn't care at all as long as there is a body there who cares if they do any actual work.If it doesn't immediately effect them as managers they could care less...If you have a disability or have been to prison and work there you can pretty much do whatever you want and get away with it. If you have neither and are a hard worker your treated poorly I have never felt more discriminated against because I am neither...how the hell that works is beyond me. The company is horrible horrible to work for. Good luck you will definitely need it!

Had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter. The place is a total mess. Had to wait for the clerk to put out her smoke before I could get rung up. She was all huffy puffy because she had to do her job and not finish her ciggy break. Anyhoo… total dumpster fire. Would not recommend.

Generally the lowest price (credit) for gas in Dover. Has a decent convenience store. Beware of you use a credit card that their charge system is offline sometimes.

My wife Bought milk from here. It was expired and rotten. Price was high, being a convenient store one can overlook that but rotten stuff is too much!!!

Ok there is certainly inconsistent with management and employees I had manager claim I cut in line which I never do. I had seen manager yell at employees in the store than speaking to them properly in back. I had employees on cellphone behind register abouslty shouldn't happen. The internet being down consists or cash only it's very aggravating. Pretty tired of how other gas stations are just fine

I know this isn’t supposed to be the classiest of places. But wow. Manager looks as if she wakes up in the dumpster out back. Hair is a rats nest and she wears sweat pants (pajamas) into her place of business. Employees are miserable. All the managers huddle outside smoking cigarettes leaving one girl to work. I feel bad for the two young tan women. They seem so sick of their boss. Seems like they can’t keep employees. Way to go circle K. Hiring managers. What a joke. Stopped shopping there
