About ten years ago I purchased a custom slip-covered couch at their store. I love my couch, but when we moved three years ago the slipcover did not match my new home. Cassie at Coastal Furniture found me a new swatch of fabric in the perfect color and ordered me a new slipcover from the manufacturer. It arrived within the designated time and my couch looks fantastic in my new home. Now, three years later (and ten since I originally purchased the couch) the two bottom cushions are feeling a bit flat (no wonder after ten years of daily use). I called Cassie and she quickly ordered two new couch cushions for me from the original manufacturer. The customer service I have received has been excellent. I highly recommend Coastal furniture, both for the quality furniture and interesting decor items for your home.

I didn't stop in because I wanted to. My transmission blew near here and I popped in to see if I could charge my phone to call my fiancee. The ladies in here we're so helpful and amazing I can't thank them enough for being so friendly. On a more related note, the place is cute as hell! Nice variety, tasteful and reasonable prices. I saw some made in USA tags which is a big deal to me.

I had the best experience here! The sales staff listen to what you want and go above and beyond to help you find it without any pressure. They really want you to be Happy with your purchase. They have an amazing selection and the quality is wonderful.

All kinds of fun stuff, like a carved Dover sign and cool wine bottle holders, in addition to the furniture. Way, way bigger than I thought it would be from the outside which was a nice surprise

Very professional and polite staff. Currently having a remodeling sale. Good variety of furniture, prints and upholstery selections. Prices are a bit high but they carry high quality Broyhill items
