My sales rep Michelle never tried to push anything on me or upsell — she was honest, patient, and genuinely wanted to help.

Brought my Honda for a transmission service. When my car was ready I was never told there was an issue with my transmission or transmission fluid. Within a week a code popped up on my dashboard indicating a transmission issue. When I brought it back to Dover Honda to assess they told me that when the service was done on my transmission the week prior, the fluid was burnt and dirty and should not have been changed out. However at no time when I brought the transmission to be serviced was I told that the fluid was burnt and dirty and should not have been changed. And would t you know it, but they tried to sell me a new/used transmission replacement. Dishonest and unethical. I will never use this dealer again.

Bob at Dover Honda was awesome to work with in leasing my new 2025 CRV! He was pleasant and knowledgeable as well as efficient. Ray in finance was just as pleasant with the paperwork and parts with getting all season for mats. I must also acknowledge Cathy Smith for all her assistance prior to my arrival.
