We have been very happy with the service at Dupont. We had gone to the same place for 15+ years. When they closed/relocated the manager there recommended Dupont. Have found them to be honest and they have done a good job for us.

If you get diagnosed here, I would recommend going somewhere else for the work. I got my inspection here and they quoted me almost $2700 worth of work I was able to get done elsewhere for less than a third of the price. I appreciate that they were able to fit me in without an appointment for my rein-spection, however the price-point is not feasible for most people.
Edit: I wasn't going to say anything but I noticed that this was done in another response to another review but on my itemized bill that I received the cost of necessary repairs compared to the inspection were listed as about $2000, so it was indeed the majority of my bill and their reply doesn't account for the fact I got ALL listed repairs done for 1/3 of their quote. I think personally their response was purposefully misleading.

I dont typically leave reviews unless I recieve service that goes above amd beyond any expectations I may have. I would also never leave a bad review before having tryed to express to tue business my displeasure. Let me say this we have always recieved great service from duponts for years. I recently incurred my very first complaint with a service that was very difficult to correct and needed to be work3d out with cadillac engineers to solve. I spoke with dupints manager and he did not hesitate to refund the money I spent on a misdiagnosed. This happens to us all and I would fully understand if they said no but they didn't amd I will absolutely continue using them. Thankyou duponts

Took 3 weeks and $1,200 later. Car came out running worse then it went in. Do yourself a favor and find a place that isn't going to over charge you at every step of the way.

Life is busy, making it too easy to overlook work that should be done to keep the car safe. We appreciate Dupont's team. They take the extra step by sending reminders to review work recommendations from the previous visit. We trust Dupont's Service to to keep us safe on the road. The team is courteous, knowledgeable, and always there to help with the best service.

Came to DuPont’s for tire installation- through TireRack. The bill to install 4 tires (45 aspect) was $329!!!!! Outrageous to say the least. To give some context- I’ve had an install at a Porsche dealer for less.
When I challenged the cost the answer was that was what I signed up for with the TireRack order - which was simply not true as it was a phone order and no install selections were made or approved. Sure felt like a “got you” moment. The invoice was ultimately reduced to $286 with NO detail just “Tire Rack Tire Installation”. And did I mention it took 2.5 hrs to get it done…….every year I have winter tires (similar size, etc.) changed over for $105 and in less than an hour. Not sure how they got so many positive reviews……..
Everyone was very pleasant right up until I questioned the bill and which point attitudes changed. Needless to say NEVER going back. Beware.

Very nice, professional people. Tech fixed my car quickly. Just bring your wallet - $245/ hr is pretty steep for Dover, NH in my opinion. It's more than the Mercedes dealer!

Great experience getting my brakes done at Duponts. Friendly staff, they provided a loaner car for no extra cost just put gas in it. Very happy with my service. Thank you Jim and the Dupont team!
