We are building a house in Maine. Called to ask about a steam unit for the bathroom. Had a GREAT experience with Karyn and Ross. Could not have been happier with the service I received. Karyn even answered my email while on vacation!!!!! Ya, try having a big box store go that distance for you....not going to happen.
