Drivers Beware:They'll work you around the clock if you are dependable and they get busy. Final 3 days there I could only get 3 hours sleep. Regular shift, multiple extras after and early morning calls for runs didn't permit such basic human necessity. Body shut down on way back from a delivery took a 2 hour nap roadside. Thought I was going to get a job performance and safety award but instead got canned. Owner "couldn't fathom the extra 2 hours" and the office dispatcher refused to confirm my timeline reasoning.I did my morning to early noon shiftSometimes 3-4 extra deliveriesAnd a bunch of early morning runsBut one thing goes wrong and they flip the script at the flip of a switch. Especially if you stand up for yourself and don't just slink back like a kiss up.

They delivered our package multiple times to the wrong address. They just left it on the sidewalk at a business that is not even on the same street as the drop off location. They also lost the package of paper for a week prior to this before leaving it in a completely random spot on the side of the street.

We should be allowed to give negative stars. This is the worst shipping company. They are refusing to give us our packages in a timely manner. Staples said two days shipping. That would have been the 4th. Come the 7th I had to call multiple times to find out about our packages. Come to find out they lost two of our packages and only had one package. Finally came about 4:30 with just one package. So we had to contact staples, they do a reship supposed to come today. Call once again since items have been on truck since Wednesday now Thursday. Oh we don’t know if they will make it today and they may not make it Friday. Then we are closed Saturday and Sunday. All due to a snowstorm that happened on a Saturday when they are not opened. At this point I’m convinced they are refusing to actually give us our items. We had to contact staples once again. Had to do another ship but this time it will not be with this company. We are hoping the new company may actually give us our products.

Wish we had the choice to negative stars because this company wouldn't even have a one star. We are stuck getting items from this horrendous company due to staples. However this company has lost our packages. Is late every single time. To the point they can't even tell us when we will actually get our packages that is needed for a business!!! Every time they use the excuse we are backed up due to a snowstorm. A snowstorm that was a week ago not like yesterday. They have continued to reuse this excuse instead of actually giving us a date when they will drop off our packages. It could be tomorrow it could be next day could be a week from now. They have no idea. It just sits on the truck for days and saying out for delivery.

If I could leave no star, that would be best. If you are chosing a deliver company, leave this one out. The driver backed over our granite post with mailbox and left it there. Luckily, my neighbor witnessed him do it. It took months to receive payment for the repair because they wanted to have a friend do it. I watched him continue to deliver our payroll service binder each week and consistently ran over our snow banks, grass, etc.When I asked the driver if he had cameras or back up sensors, he said no it's an old vehicle. A company that does deliver for their primary job doesn't have equipment of the 20th century? Do yourself a favor, do not use this company.

Great company to work for, as a female I have never felt like the owner treats us like we should be housewives. Never hung up on a customer either. Maybe he lost connection? I like what I do and who I work with.

Horrible company to work for. Females are treated like housewives from the 1950s-60s. Only females can wash the coffee mugs of male upper management at the end of each day. Owner Mark gets his kicks from intimidating female employees behind closed doors in an effort to make them cry. It didn't work on me. I walked out and never looked back. Zero stars if it was possible.

Worst vehicles. Some vehicles they have somehow passed inspection with check engine lights on and the rear door held closed by seatbelt. Leaving packages on dock several times without notifying customer they dropped off and driving away. Staples should fire them and find someone better and have more customer mind set. And one of their drivers delivered a couple of times smelling very unpleasant.

Third day after the promised day of shipment, still not here. I Called the dispatch center to find my package, I spoke with Mark and was placed on indefinite hold. I called again and spoke with Ashley, she put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called again spoke with Mark again and this time he took my number, he was going to call the driver and call me back. I got a call from Tracy, she said my package was still at the warehouse and I could pick it up. I am not really sure why Staples uses this company to ship things when they don't ship anything, they keep them in the warehouse. I would not recommenced this company to do anything.

Unacceptable delivery on a day that's been raining all day WITH an obvious packaging that indicate that it's paper product (yes, toilet paper) and most are ruined. When UPS can cover & protect the box with plastic considering the volume they do for delivery, it's totally unacceptable why you guys can't do the same.

You'd be hard pressed to find a worse delivery service. Staples needs to end their relationship with these idiots. Better service is provided by the Pony Express.

Approximately four months ago one of Granite State shuttle service drivers backed into my vehicle at my workplace. After paying a $500 deductible I am still waiting for them to settle this with my insurance company,they are self insured.After several emails to management a woman called Cindy Wynn. At first she had denied she knew about it which was a lie because I was told by her employee she knew all about it then I sent another email. This was witnessed by several individuals and a police report was made and their driver admitted to it. My insurance company kept saying they are contacting her to no avail. I emailed her to come and meet her and she sent the police to my house and presented me with a no trespassing order. I can't imagine anyone working or doing business with this company.

This company failed to deliver 3 different orders. The first time it was left at a local business so I had to go and pick it up. The second time the company reshipped my items. The third time I watched the delivery driver on our camera drive in, get out, then get back in and drive away without delivering our package. However, I received an email saying that my package was delivered to our front porch. Staples has been great dealing with these issues by reshipping but I have asked them to only ship my orders UPS or I would not be ordering in the future. I would like to know what this company is doing with the "delivered" orders that are not delivered.
