“I have been coming here for a bit of time now and it is by far one of my favorite places to buy products from:) the owners and employees are all so kind and helpful, and you can tell they care so much about their customers and the value they add to the community. During the weekdays, there is homemade, organic soups available up front and they are some of the best and most nourishing soups I’ve ever had! I look forward to trying all of the new creations she makes every week:) if you’re in need of some lunch or dinner I highly recommend stopping in to grab some soup…you won’t regret it! Can’t say enough good things about this place and so so thankful to have them be part of our community in such an amazing way☺️”
“This small shop is a great resource for supplements and a range of holistic products. From fermented foods to smoothie add-ins (protein powders, greens, triphala, etc.), crystals, snacks, chocolates, CBD. Staff is very helpful, kind and knowledgable. And prices are great! Honestly, better than Whole Foods on all levels. Easy parking, great hours - really can't find anything to complain about. It's not a huge shop, but I haven't been in when it's crowded. And lots of vegan options (although vegan supplements are not marked - I Google before I buy.)”
“Fresh bakery items, clean and fresh salad bar, fresh meats and seafood, as well as local organic produce. There's also bulk goods and fresh ground nut butters you do yourself. It's heaven. An expensive version, but nonetheless, A+.”
