for some reason, they do not respond to e-mails. as a hearing impaired person, iv explained this several times. they have a new app. i use it with high hopes and schedule an appointment. only to receive a message that i need to call. time to find a new groomer that cares.

Highly satisfied!!! My experience has been very positive when I leave my 14 yr old Labrador for boarding. They even drove to a nearby vet to pick up and start medication in the middle of her stay! That was above and beyond and speaks to their commitment to our pets health and comfort. Highly recommend.

My experience at K9 Kaos has always been pretty great. The people there are always very friendly and helpful. We bring our Newfie there to be groomed once every few months and he always looks amazing when I pick him up. The one downfall is he almost always has a toenail bleeding when we bring him home. He’s got a lot of fur and I’m sure it’s not easy to get him looking this good so he’s often sore and tired (from standing up a long time?) when we get him home but he looks amazing.

Let's put it in the most important terms - these people love dogs. Everyone here is super-helpful. Everyone has knowledge of what works and what doesn't for dogs. I have only really visited their store (I haven't boarded my Frenchie), but today I took her in for a nail trim and they were very fast to get her in and out. And she got a (large) treat at the end of it. We go there a few times each week and the staff now knows her name... which feels really nice.There are other stores/boardings in the area - some big-box and some more local - but I will only go to K9 Kaos for my pup.

Left my two dogs for boarding over the Thanksgiving holiday. They even had time to give them a grooming the day before I picked them up. They were happy, and the grooming job was excellent. Much better than the last place I had them groomed.

Bailey has been going to daycare since she was a puppy 7 years ago. The K9 Kaos crew are her family! She now gets excited as soon as she sees Liberty Mutual. Thank you for being so wonderful to my girl Bailey!

Our dog was actually kicked out of daycare today after a few years of attending K9Kaos for daycare. My dog was a fit at one point but with age/trauma/behavior is no longer a fit. This is EXACTLY why you should trust these amazing people with your puppy/dog. They care about the health, safety and experience of these dogs and are willing to have the tough conversations with owners/dogs who aren't a fit for group play. Your dog will have a great experience here surrounded by other good-for-group-play dogs and monitored by actual dog behaviorists who are experts in appropriate socialization and play. When our dog was a fit he would come home soaked in dirt and mud and sleep for 48 hrs straight - definitely worth every penny. The customer service and empathy we experienced from the K9Kaos team is unlike anything I've experienced from a company. I want to shout out specifically, Bec, the Daycare Manager, who has met us with nothing but support, recommendations and kindness before the ultimate decision today that our boy was no longer a fit. Thats such a tough conversation to have and to her credit she was extremely kind, empathetic and I could tell she actually cared about us and our dog. THANK YOU, Bec & your team! I've attached a photo of our dog on his first day of daycare several years ago.

I cannot emphasize enough how truly wonderful K9 Kaos is. I have been bringing my dogs there for more than 15 years with no complaints. The staff is excellent. They are friendly and attentive, and they always know what is going on with my dogs. There is no place I trust more to care for them!

I was told over the phone for the size of my dog it would be $50 and ended up being $65. They only trimmed her face, nails and some undercoat. It was not worth the money. We wanted to keep her fluffy but she was not cut at all. She had all the hair under her belly still and her face was barely cut down. I appreciate them taking her in but I will not return

The staff at K9 Kaos is amazing. They get to know the individual personalities and needs of the dogs in their care to make sure the dogs are happy and relaxed and have a great experience. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love the crew at K9. They take great care of our pup during daycare and grooming services have been excellent! My pup literally howls with excitement when it’s “time for school.” Bec has earned a special place in my pups heart. We also used the training classes offered, Ash was excellent and gave great information, instructions, and made class fun for everyone. Everyone we’ve met at K9 is warm and helpful. 10/10, highly recommend.

My pup loves K9 Kaos. He's always excited to play there and comes home nice and tired :) I appreciate how much the staff care for the dogs. It appears to be a well-organized establishment with dedicated staff.
