The staff and doctors here are super friendly and helpful. The doctor listened to my concerns (rather than brushing them off as I’ve experienced at other places locally). My new glasses arrived promptly but there was a manufacturer defect. The eyewear consultant promptly replaced them at no cost to me. Unfortunately, the replacement pair also had a defect, so I picked out a totally different pair of frames. Despite the setbacks (not the fault of anyone working here), the whole staff worked hard to make the situation right and it was a positive experience. I am very appreciative of their positive attitude and service here! Jen, Sean and Colin have been fantastic to work with in this process.

Amazing practice. My daughter felt comfortable with their entire staff, and for her first ever eye appointment that is a big statement.So much so i made this my new go to place.

This is my time with them. I scheduled my appointment online and added my information such as insurance in the portal.I received a call to confirm my appointment and the message was clear that although I may have confirmed online that I needed to call. I appreciated that clarity and detail.It was quite an easy process as a new customer. The exam was thorough and the assistance selecting glasses was appreciated. The pricing of frames was clear along with how my insurance benefits worked.

Great service. Eye dr. Was knowledgeable and informative about options as I was considering contacts and took the time to answer my questions. Optician Assistant Sean was fatntastix with training me on insertion and removal of contacts and very personable. Inhighly recommend.

On March 6, 2023, I and my husband went to My Eye Doctor in Dover New Hampshire to get an eye exam and order glasses. My Eye Doctor promised both pairs of glasses would be ready by March 20.On March 20, my husband's glasses were ready. My glasses, however, were not. They had been made in the wrong prescription, despite instructions from the optometrist on how to do them correctly. My Eye Doctor promised to have the glasses made properly and ready for me within a week. They planned to expedite the order.The glasses were not ready on March 27. Or on April 3. Or on April 10.I called on April 10 and was told that the glasses, in the proper prescription, would be ready by April 13. They weren't.I called on April 18 to ask, again, where the glasses were. My Eye Doctor said the glasses might be ready by April 21.They clearly are unable to fill a glasses prescription properly and on time.

Don’t expect any real care here. Complained about pain in eye, was told it was allergies. Went for second opinion and found I had a virus in my eye that could make me blind if not treatedAlso, had to come back 3 times to get bi-focal lenses fitted correctly and received 2 other text messages that said my lenses were ready but, they weren’t delivered when I arrivedI wish there was a rating lower than 1 star

If I could rate it lower, I would. I arrived for my appointment on time this morning, only to be told they had cancelled it. They claimed they called me "recently," but because i didn't answer, that was policy to cancel the appointment. I could accept this, if I hadn't had any contact with them, except I received a courtesy text 2/10/23 reminding me of my appointment, I texted "yes." I got a phone call from a person in the Dover NH office on 2/20/23 to confirm my appointment, I said yes and answered her questions regarding phone and address information. But my phone had no listing for an incoming call from MyEyeDr since my 2/20/23 confirmation call, no message left on my phone that they were confirming (for a third time) that I have an appointment. I understand the need for confirming patients, but to cancel an appointment when it was confirmed? Bad business practice.

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with them. First, they're incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment with their doctor. Second, my husband went to them 4 times with a sty and they were unable to help him at all -though they charged for every visit. Finally, I ordered new lenses for existing frames. They called me to say their lab broke my frames. They wanted me to come pick out new frames and pay for at 50% off. They wanted me to pay them MORE MONEY to get another set of frames because they broke mine. They’ve created an oddly worded warranty (where they would “credit me new lenses and 50% off new frames” if my frames broke in their lab). I took that to mean I’d have to pay for new frames at a reduced price but I’d get the lenses free. That still puts me out of pocket half the price of new frames (plus the cost of my original frames that they broke), but I signed the waiver. Come to find out, they're not satisfied with taking that amount of money from me. They want more. They’re saying I still have to pay for the lenses ($784) PLUS purchase new frames (50% off), and they won’t recompense me for the broken frames. Theoretically, this means they could break any frame that isn’t theirs to get more money from customers. Yes, that’s unethical, but their warranty allows it. So, I’m challenging it in small claims court. It seems to me to be a shady business practice, and not surprisingly, my family and I will take our business elsewhere.

The office team is very nice and professional at the appointment, and I liked the eye doctor, however, their follow up and communications are terrible. I feel like they get you in, process, you and you fall through the cracks. This has happened to me 3 times now. I decided on contacts, I got a starter pair and was told they ordered them, over 2 months went by and when I called they acted like they never heard of me. I spoke to someone and gave her info, she said he would call back, and of course, never did. A few weeks later, I called and was told they were short staffed and had turnover. I was assured my contacts would be ordered and given another starter pair. That was over a month ago, my contacts are no longer usable and I never heard from them. So I call again and am told it would be Feb 23rd - so a total of 2 months waiting on them. Of course, if I had not called, again, I would not know what was going on. Who knows what will happen now. I don't think I will be staying with them.

Would put a zero if I could. They canceled my appointment for being 10 mins late. Best part is you never get into this place on time anyways always have to sit for 30 mins even after checking in.

This was my first visit and everything was fantastic! The staff the Dr. were very friendly and thorough. The office was clean neat and inviting. Very impressed!
