I was very disappointed to learn that your store will soon be charging customers for a bag. This is not a law in New Hampshire. Therefore, I will NOT be shopping at your store any more.

I brought my pup, Kusala into the store with me and everyone gave her so much love (and even some treats!). I found exactly what I was looking for, plus some amazing items that were on clearance! I love the PetCo in Dover, NH so much!

Everyone in the store is very real, very helpful and very sweet, happy and kind. I hate corporate bull operations as much as anyone but I sure did enjoy the helpful folks here this day. I hope they get a raise.

I have a typical happy golden. Never shown anxiety until her first visit for grooming. I was told she thrashed and was too much for your staff to handle. Visit was cut short. We rescheduled a wash dry visit only to “ease her in to it” per your staff request. I have bathed her many times. She stands. She is not afraid of a dryer as she is always with me when I dry my hair. The moment I dropped off I was knew the staff didn’t want to service her. They should have just cancelled. I was told 60 minutes for the visit. At the 2 hour mark I check on her. She had only had a bath. I was told another 30 minutes. It was 60. 3 hours. She aired dried. At that point I was told she can’t return because of her aggressive behavior. She goes to a difficult to get in day care and they have never said she was aggressive. I think your staff do not know how to handle dogs they can not pick up…this is my opinion. My girl is super social has many dog friends and admirers. They all know her story. The few friends that were looking for groomers now know petco is not a place to consider. For what it worth, I had made my mind up that 3 hours and $60 for a bath I could have done at home and done a better job before I was declined future service. Train your staff to handle dogs. One star to way too much!

We had fun shopping, our dog had fun sniffing. The cashier was super nice to our dog. We didn't buy the turkey hat, but it was cute!

I booked vaccinations for our newly acquired kitty. Not super impressed I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, making me late for an appointment i had afterwards, but it is what it is.
