“Not my first time time renting a vehicle at this location, but the best experience to date. Jack, at pick up, had a few corny jokes that changed my ugly mood from a scowl to a smile in minutes! He had no idea how his humor effected my day! At drop off, the gentleman processed the return efficiently and in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way.”

After the initial call, I was little upset and felt under appreciated regarding their policies and procedures - HOWEVER, I recieved a call back from a very pleasant customer service rep (Jennifer) who tried to remedy the situation - It goes a long way with me that I got the call back and I will continue to work with a company that goes the distance to meet expectations.
