These folks are absolutely excellent. They are very helpful and always ready to answer questions. They are a very flexible business and they truly care about customers’ storage experience. Units are clean and taken care of and the pricing is very affordable. Specifically, Teagan is incredibly helpful and kind. Always ready to help and is very energetic and enthusiastic about making sure your experience with RightSpace is a good one. Other great people like Rick also make this a great leasing experience. Truly second to none customer service. Absolutely recommend!!!

I’ve had an excellent experience working with Rick at this self-storage location. He is extremely helpful, approachable, and easy to talk to. From answering questions to making sure everything is clear and straightforward, Rick goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.
It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. Rick’s professionalism and friendly attitude make him stand out, and he’s a big reason I’d recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a place they can trust.

Rick was so helpful. I ran into a situation where I left my keys at the office and we could not find them and despite me being anxious, he kept calm and checked every area and found the keys. He explained to me that my lock was not on correctly and could have some issues, and when I asked for help, he happily followed me to my unit to make sure I could get incorrectly. I have never used a storage unit that has such helpful members, and I was very appreciative .

Easy access to unit, great size to store college dorm belongings, close to UNH and fanatic staff! Very much appreciated a personal call to remind me of upcoming bill date … in a busy time this was very helpful in avoiding any late fees. Will

I originally had a great experience with right space till they got bought by this new company. They got bought out while I was overseas, they doubled the cost of the storage, and refused to put a military discount on my new lease. I got completely taken advantage by this company and their response to me was sucks. Even after I got home, they told me I could put all my stuff into a different storage unit to save money for the last two months I was going to be there but they would were going to keep my original storage unit 100 dollars more. Due to what this company did while I was overseas and how they treated me when I got back, I will never use a right space storage again owned by this company. I’m out thousands and their response to me is, well you could someone move all your stuff into another storage unit to make it cheaper while I’m overseas… outrageous… this company will not treat you as a human and will take every dollar they can from you…. Even leaving early, they will not give you your remaining of the month back… I will never use them again which is a shame, I did two other deployments and the last company completely took care of me. If your a service member, don’t use this storage. When bringing up all of these issues to their management, they told me… sucks basically… don’t let that happen to you!!!

Smooth, online rental agreement. Representative was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Went to the office prior to moving our stuff into the storage unit just to get a lock. Staff member was so helpful and even came to the unit to assist us with our questions (twice!) Definitely recommend the Dover location and RightSpace in general.

Went in with my boyfriend to rent a storage unit. Not knowing what size we would need, we explained our needs to Leah and she was able to get us the perfect size. Very easy process and the customer service was top notch, will recommend to others looking for some extra storage.

Clean storage units they are fair and very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and transparent with all questions and concerns. I did a lot of shopping around for a unit, and this place had not only what I needed but also the right prices. I try and stay away from the big names they seem to cost way too much and don't really treat you like a person so much as a paycheck. I have told quite a few people about this place, and they have been glad to have had a unit here or grateful for the one they currently have. I know I am. My only opposition is that I wish they had 24-hour access. Yet their hours are quite sufficient for many.
