“You never know what you'll find here, but you'll always receive great service. Owner supports the local community and sells the goods of local craftsman. From maple syrup, wooden spoons, to a great price on a Keurig. You'll walk in to mail a package and possibly walk out with a unique craft made from a local artist. Highly recommend over the local PO due to supporting a small business and the opportunity to purchase local goods.”

“The kindest people work here. Always have a good experience here even if I’m just dropping off a pre-labeled package. They provide great advice and service when shipping large or oddly-shaped objects and will be real with you if it doesn’t seem worth it for you price-wise or in terms of fragility. Very grateful!”

“I just wanted to share how wonderful Susan has been every time we’ve visited the post office. She is truly the most friendly and welcoming person ever! About a month ago, she helped me mail out an important invitation, and she was so kind and patient throughout the whole process. Yesterday, my fiancé went to drop off one more invitation, and once again, Susan went above and beyond. She was just as lovely and helpful with him. She accidentally forgot to provide a receipt with the tracking at the counter—but instead of leaving it at that, she thoughtfully mailed it to our home along with a note. Thank you, Susan, for your kindness and for always making our visits so pleasant. You truly make a difference!”

“Update 1/2026: Still great! I've gone here 3 more times in the last couple months and they now recognize me. My packages are always live reptiles or tarantulas and are always handled with care and I truly appreciate it! This is the 2nd time that I've picked up live reptiles held at this location. Very easy to get your delivery. Show your ID, get your package. They took care not to rough up my package. They're very gentle and I appreciate it knowing my baby snakes were being shipped from PA to NH. TY FEDEX!”

“I had a lot of Christmas gifts to send all the way across the country this year, and Deb was so helpful to me in figuring out which way would be the easiest and most cost-effective to send them. She even went out of her way to look down in the basement for more boxes of different dimensions so that I’d have the best one to send them out in! Amazing customer service, she went above and beyond to help me today.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the employee who helped me at this post office. I was sending a package to my young daughter during an incredibly emotional and difficult custody situation, and what could have been just another transaction was treated with genuine compassion, care, and humanity. She could clearly see how important this package was to me, and instead of rushing me through like just another customer, she went above and beyond to help. She was patient, thoughtful, reassuring, and truly emotionally invested in making sure everything was handled correctly and safely. Her kindness during a moment that meant the world to me is something I will never forget. In a world where people are often too busy to care, this employee reminded me how powerful simple empathy can be. She treated me like a human being instead of a number in line, and that mattered more than she probably realizes. Thank you for your heart, your professionalism, and your kindness. People like you make difficult days a little easier to survive.”
