Just sharing my receipt so others know what to expect. I also recommend scheduling your return during open hours, unless you are okay with downloading the app and spending a ton of time navigating through it.

Went to have the trailer wiring checked, and the problem was quickly found and fixed. They were so nice and listened to what I told them was happening. I would definitely recommend going there.

This was the absolute worst experience my wife and I have had with U- Haul. If I could leave zero stars I would. We scheduled a trailer hitch installation online a week in advance for July 2’nd at 2:00 pm. We had the documentation that showed our date and time of appointment with us. As we were driving to the U-Haul, we received a text moving our appointment to three days later. They did this 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment. They then proceeded to try to tell us we never had a 2 o’clock appointment, even though we were showing them all our confirmation paperwork. They were entirely unapologetic and rude. They didn’t seem to care one bit. Never going back.

Just bought a new truck and needed to install a hitch. Dealership recommended them and rightly so. They installed it in good time and made it a point to give updates on progress and explained what we needed to do so not to void our warranty

This U-Haul store is fantastic. At first glance the location needs some love, but the staff is always polite and getting everybody on their way!
I stopped in for a 700 mile truck and trailer rental, and while U-Haul hides the ability to flat rate those items - the employee saw the cost ($1200+) and grabbed the manager Tom Fuller.
Tom had no need to help, as I had agreed and was ready to pay this amount - but spent the time to show, quote, and rework my entire order under flat rate. He saved me over $600!
Definitely use these folks, and the manager jumping in and helping folks with no selfish gain is how a good business should be run!

Awesome. The employees were really great, one of the technicians that was working in the garage was just so friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. He knows who he is... I have to say that the manager Tom was amazing!!! He went out of his way to communicate with me, even though he didn't have to, he always called me before charging my card whenever... He went out of his way to make sure I didn't spend every check I got on the truck rental. Considering I had the rental for way way longer then I told them at the beginning. Tom really seemed to care about my situation and he really went above and beyond with saving me money and just showing that he wants the best for everyone.
Definitely go see the crew over on Central Ave. in Dover NH if you plan on moving and need a truck.
They will really treat you right.

Tom and his entire staff are excellent at the Dover location. I rent from them frequently and they are always very helpful, and efficient. I’m usually in a rush to get to/from work and they’re always so quick to assist and expedite the process of renting their equipment. I highly recommend renting from this location. Joanne M
