absolutely terrible customer service. shout out to Meghan in the pharmacy for being exceptionally rude. they almost never get prescriptions correct; I've been given the wrong medications, charged incorrectly, etc. Today was especially frustrating given that my doctor sent in an emergency prescription (given that the original prescription is on back order), and Meghan at the pharmacy refused to fill it. Absolutely ridiculous, given that my DOCTOR sent in the script. Switching pharmacies finally today.

Says online they offer blood pressure readings at the pharmacy for either low cost or free. Went in today and they said they do not offer them. 1 star for false advertising.

Pharmacy girl, (hefty with bleached hair), is mad about having to work. She was rude and unprofessional. Management needs to fix her attitude asap!

I had an unpleasant experience with two pharmacy employees this morning. I was there to receive two vaccines. The woman behind the counter was impatient, rude, and condescending as I checked in and provided my insurance cards. I waited a good 15 minutes before a different woman called me into the room to administer my injections. She too was impatient, rushed, and unfriendly. When she gave me my shots, she stuck it in my arm, then immediately removed the needle. No pause to make sure she had given me all the medication. She did the same thing with the second injection. I fear there was still medication in the syringe after she had removed them. I’ve never had a nurse or pharmacy tech rush a vaccine as quickly as this woman. You’d think they would train their techs to pause for at least a few seconds to make sure they had pushed the plunger all the way down before removing the needle. I hope that all the medication was administered as I have to wait months before I can receive another vaccine. Needless to say, I will never set foot in this pharmacy ever again. Dover has two other pharmacies (CVS and Rite-Aid) where the pharmacy staff is significantly more personable, conscientious, and professional.

Have always had quick and responsive service from Pharmacy Staff. Having text alerts helps as well. The general counter people are nice. Will also help to find things you can't, Overall good experience,

Always nice but the pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. I got prescriptions there for over a year and they still couldn't get anything with it correct. But I had to remain a patient there because it was the only place I could get to. So I struggled EVERY time I had to have any prescriptions filled, which was, at times, weekly.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy on the planet. They have messed up my prescription every time and every time it's a different reason. The last time I was assured that it would be right moving forward, and the very next time, back to square one. They blame it on everything else and their story changes every time. I am so fed up.

Running to walgreens on a whim for something never lets me down They are always stocked with what I need and at a discount! Being a walgreens member saves money and alot of times they have better prices on things compared to a bigger store. The employees are always nice and the photo department does a great job on the photo projects I've ordered. I highly recommend this Walgreens location

The elderly man who cashiers out front is always grumpy and rude to customers, especially men. The pharmacy takes several hours to fill prescriptions, if not a full 24 hours to several days. I called about a prescription, they said it'd be filled in 30 minutes, I arrived an hour later and they told me they never even printed the label and acted like I was making it up. I've waited in the drive through lane for a solid 15+ minutes with only one car in front of me. Poorly managed store, I've moved my prescriptions to CVS in Dover and am much happier there.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I've provided factual evidence as to why, with accompanying photos for proof. Specific examples include: 1.) Calling and leaving voicemails explicitly stating prescription is ready, when I arrive at their location they claim they never called me and have no record of me in their system. I played the voicemail for the clerk and confirmed that it came from their phone number. 2.) Answering the phone after I've been on hold for 5+ minutes only to say "pharmacy, please hold!", placing me on hold for an additional 3-4 minutes then picking up, not talking and proceeding to promptly hang up. Picking up after being placed on hold and then remaining silent, acting like they can't hear me saying "hello?" and then hanging up again; or placing me on hold and hanging up without answering. 3.) Repeatedly recycling the excuse that they haven't received correspondence from the doctor's office and can't fill my prescription without hearing from the doctor. This occurs even when I've spoken to the medical assistant at my doctors office and she calls them/sends them computerized orders while on the phone with me after confirming the pharmacy's location/address and phone number. They've blamed 3 different doctors offices and claim they never heard from them. The common denominator is always this pharmacy. 4.) The automated prescription refill service does not work, do not rely on this service. I've typed in my rx number for refills and selected the time I need the prescription and their automated service confirms. Even after 48 hours the prescription was never ready. When I'd go to pick it up they'd have no clue what I'm talking about and act surprised. 5.) Staff has aggressively argued with me about an emergency refill which consisted of just 3 pills. They failed to fulfill my 90 day refill prescription because of their error. I requested my refill while my Rx order was active and due to their errors, repetitive excuses and delays they were unable to fill the prescription before it expired despite a generous grace period and me planning ahead responsibly. As a direct result of their errors, I needed an emergency refill, they gave me an extremely hard time about it, and had I not known my rights they would have outright denied me and left me without any medication. They never take accountability or own their mistakes. Don't expect them to admit fault or have any compassion. I had to bargain with them ad nauseam just to get medication that I needed which could result in hospitalization, myxedema coma or death if not taken consistently on a daily basis. 6.) Their staff is comprised of the rudest individuals I've encountered in a customer service role. When you're at this location in person or when speaking to a staff member by phone, you are not a consumer/customer and they're not a business, you're a nuisance and a means to an end for them to take out their anger and impatience on. They're agitated off the bat, don't expect pleasantries or them pretending to not be annoyed or grotesquely pissed off. After waiting on hold and being hung up on 2x I get a snappy "last name!", "date of birth!" "Yes, it's ready!" followed swiftly by a dial tone. I've lost count of the times I've been scolded and verbally abused while politely and calmly asking the bare minimum and trying to get my thyroid medicine refilled. Please save yourself the headache that I have from trying to get my prescription refilled. It was extremely time consuming, frustrating and defeating to get my thyroid medicine just for this month. It's 10/19/22, I've been trying to get my medication refilled since August while balancing a very busy schedule. I've made several attempts at auto refill, received 3 voicemails telling me it was ready for pick up on (1) 9/26 and (2) 9/28 only for them to insist upon my arrival that they never called and they need the doct

So sad what has happened here recently. Burnt out. Simply no more gas left in their tank. Specifically the pharmacy staff. Perhaps this is common, but it seems clear to me that the absolute LAST thing these people want to do.... is help people get their medication. They seem unworthy of receiving the local community's high esteem, which often comes with such a position in the community. They don't seem deserving of any civic responsibility or trust.I realize now that I really don't enjoy having my prescription filled at this location ..... ever.I don't enjoy the entire process, as much as it seems the Pharmacy staff doesn't enjoy it... which is a lot of not enjoying.
