“I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”

Glad I did, they were honest and said the fix might not be feasible. They got me in quick and repaired the chip for under $100 USD. And I'm very happy with the work. The technician explained how he fixed it and was very friendly as were the ladies at the desk. It was worth the drive for me.”

“Sam’s the man!!! I was up in Maine visiting family and in preparation for a camping trip figured I would try to get a brake job done that I had been putting off. Sam fit me in immediately, did a great job and even picked me up while doing the road test so I didn’t have to figure out a ride back. Price was very reasonable and I’m sure I saved money versus having it done at home in New York. I highly recommend Gateway Service. You won’t be disappointed.”

He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, a process which I felt was transparent and honest. He even came to my work to appraise my trade after hours when our schedules didn’t quite align. Above and beyond! Kevin Langlois was also very pleasant to work with in the finance department. He took the time to explain my options for warranty coverage, cost and coverage differences, and communicated with the lender to ensure the best possible financing terms.
