“Awesome-better wash and equipment than center next to my house. like the UNH vibe, nice to walk to stores, see people-Franz's is renowned, inside the center. like to drive there and now go biweekly, save money. real feel good, well managed, maintained, bright, cheery, window seats, Still excellent today and by chance talked with someone who knew my shipyard pal Gary who passed-like talking with an old friend sharing stories. Franz now has an excellent co-cook and the two rock. Phantom Gourmet has been there. Efforts underway to improve parking options. Freshman Orientation today mid-June. Now July 2025=sadly the owner lists these 2 properties for sale and the downtown continues to evolve into a new generation. Back in the days Burger King was in the Mill Plaza. Gone are Youngs, Weeks, Carls food truck. I hope the new owner plans to keep the laundry and Franzs. Mill Plaza new owner had hoped for a new Hannaford and student housing after 3 UNH dorms were converted from housing. How nice to see an Academic class today grouped on Main st. to discuss the future possibilities. Sept. 2025. Thankyou Roger and Franz for your patience with customers like myself who can be difficult to interact with at times, may the net outcome be positive.”

“I’ve been going to this laundromat for just about two years now. It is clean and well maintained. Everyone that works there has been kind and helpful. ? Their holiday decorations are something else too! The fish in the small tank are the only thing that make me sad!”

“Sebastian is very helpful and conscientious. I pride myself in old-fashion stain removals but he has removed some of the toughest stains in clothing and upholstery. I have asked for help for clothing repair (again, I have a long history in sewing) and he as been very honest in the possibility for solutions. He is truely one of my favorite vendors on the seacoast.”

“I came into town for an event and needed a dress steamed and returned same day. There was nothing to transport the dress for steaming, so I left my garment bag and hanger with the gown, which was temporarily misplaced. I am so impressed with Katie and her team. They did a lovely job with the gown, and they were able to recover the garment bag and hanger before I had to leave for the event.”

“I had been loyal to Paul's for many years, but finding the usable washer dwindling I stumbled into the halls of Oz and was greeted by thriving houseplants, clean floors and modern wash credits. Much more expensive but the dryers here can do more with 8 minutes for .79 than $3 worth of quarters can in the next closest Laundromat. The great and powerful oz has opened my eyes.”

“The establishment itself is nice, but I would caution entering from Chestnut street if you’re in a sedan, otherwise your front bumper will scrape against the ground.”

“First time customers receive a discount so bring all your items the first time and save $. I brought all of my winter coats there and they were ready in a couple of days. They have a drive up window too, which is neat. Parking is behind the building.”
