Do not expect reliable transportation or a parking spot. Buses are notoriously unreliable and skip stops. Bus delays and schedule changes may not be communicated. Parking spots are far from campus and are distributed on a randomized system with no consideration for students who have ill family members, jobs off campus, or required internships or clinical hours to graduate.

Want to park on campus at 8:00 pm on a Sunday and assume free parking, don’t bother since they’ll find you immediately and slap on a ticket without a second thought. The appeal process awful, their “guideline to get your ticket dismissed” is worthless to follow.

ridiculous fees, and unempathetic to the students. Honestly sad the school uses this as a source of large exploitive revenue rather than just deterrence for parking violations.

this is the worst place ever they take all your money for parking i’ve spent over $150 in parking on top of my parking spot and got a ticket when i couldn’t get home bc they turned off their transportation due to snow so i had to park at my dorm and they denied my appeal even though i had NO OTHER OPTION OF GETTING HOME. my spot is two miles away and it was a snow storm so i could not walk. they take all your money and give tickets all the time for no reason.

Make sure you take old permits off of your car, because they will literally fine you for them while you are legally parking in a metered lot. Got off work to a $400 unappealable ticket for a pass I don't even use, while I was parked in a metered lot I paid for. This university is run by scam artists, and they're clearly strapped for cash after all their bad financial decisions if this is what they need to resort to.Additionally, this University thought it was a great idea to admit more students than ever and force both freshmen and sophomores to live on campus despite not having the space or resources to do so. They sold more parking passes than they have spaces, and are now digging into whatever they can to make that room and make up lost revenue. If you plan on living on or near campus, it's honestly not even worth having a car.

I was just passed by the bus while standing at the stop, I even waved at the driver and got completely ignored, I don’t know if it’s the driver or the stop, but whoever was driving route 4 at 8-9 on the 13th of October 2023 missed me completely on stop 339. Yes, this is me telling on them, I rely on the bus to get to and from work and now have to spend +$25 on an Uber back to campus or wait until the next bus which doesn’t get me back until almost 11pm. I don’t have class tomorrow so it’s not as bad, but this is not okay and drivers should pay more attention even when it’s late.

if i could give this 0 stars i would, from the past 2 years i’ve been at UNH i’ve received over $1,000 in parking tickets. i literally have a parking pass to park where i live on campus and they have still given me tickets, chalked my tires, and are always waiting around to give someone a ticket. i’ve had many medical, personal, and family problems that i have been dealing with throughout these years as well. writing appeals that were denied for a not good enough reason, not having the correct dates line up with the tickets they gave me, not giving me parking passes for where i live and need to park to get around this school as a student is unfair treatment and goes against so many values of this school.

if i could give 0 stars i would. got $200 in tickets throughout the 1 day i was parked in A lot while my mom was in the hospital. tried to appeal them and they all got denied. it wasn't even my car either they dmv searched the address to link it with my account. they do anything they can to make extra money off the students paying $40k a year to go here.

The worst bus system in history. I’d have a better chance hitchhiking with big sketchy dudes than ever getting to my destination with UNH transit. The bus drivers will skip your stop then not let you off the bus. Next time this happens to me, I’ll be reporting it as a kidnapping.

Biggest Joke of a school ever. Want some Aromas Coffee, Sure pay $1.75 for an hour parking when it shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes, or you will get a nice 20$ parking ticket for the hour:). Wanna go 8 minutes over your pay meter even after paying 7 hours worth of parking sure $20 ticket! Guaranteed they are there sitting and waiting right until your time expires. If you wanna go to a school that's desperate for college students money come here. University of New Hampshire. Parking people make 10$ an hour, What a fun job you must have.

Me along with at least five other persons have been waiting at the Thompson Hall stop from 2 pm and supposed to take the 2:09 pm Dover bus. We waited till 2:30 pm but the bus never showed up. Pretty sure some irresponsible driver forgot to change the route sign from connector to dover. These drivers should be held responsible for their casual act. This is not the first time and won't be the last if there is no action taken.
