We had actors from our summer musical stay here for the summer and LOVED it! Great community and so many amenities to the apt and building, so worth it. Great location and staff, always prompt and quick to respond to questions or issues. What a great place to live!

Great place to live and ideal location with it being downtown! Highly recommend for all college students:) shoutout to Liz for keeping us engaged tenants with lots of fun activities throughout the school year!

I had the best experience living at UD! Liz was the best and super helpful and kind to my roommates and I if we ever had any issues. Definitely recommend living here!

University Downtown is the premiere boutique style apartment complex in Downtown Durham, with many recent upgrades and expansions. We offer luxury accommodations from Studios up to 6BR units, free daily snacks, coffee and beverages in our Student Lounge, an expansive Rooftop Deck, a brand new fitness center and a cozy Study Lounge. Maintenance is responsive and efficient and the staff is friendly and engaged. We really care!
