She called the doctor, confirmed the meds and prescription , even the ones that were missing from his medication list and even hand wrote some notes for him on what the doctor said. She also helped us to save a little money with store brand items as opposed to others we had picked up. She was amazing! - It was the Windham NH location. I believe her name was Diana, per the clerk I called at the store today. She is truly an asset to the store !”

“This review would have been a 1 star had I not filled out a survey with my issues purchasing tires. I received a call today from the automotive manager (Timra) who wanted to rectify the issue. Timra was wonderful to talk to and came up with the solution to train store leads on how to get tires after the service dept closes. I was impressed that she brought a solution so other customers won't have the same problems. This is exactly how customer complaints should be handled. She took the initiative herself to want to make a change for the store and to help costumers get the products they want. If you need tires ask for Timra!!!”
