“Cannot say enough good things about Purcell Properties. The Office Manager is incredibly responsive, informative, and helpful. The maintenance team has always addressed any question or request I have, and is incredibly proactive as well. During a maintenance check up, the team noticed that the paint was chipping on my bathroom ceiling (I hadn’t even noticed), they asked if they could repair it, and then when they did, they also replaced the bathroom light and vent. I lived at one of the Hanover locations, which is walking distance to town and the college. I moved because I graduated but would easily have continued living there. Highly recommend living at one of their properties.”
