You can tell they actually know what they're doing. They're knowledgeable without being condescending, which, as a younger customer, I really appreciated. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel like my car was in good hands.
What really stood out was the turn-around time. I expected the brake work to take most of the day, and they had it done in about an hour and a half. The pricing was fair and straightforward. No surprise charges, no pressure to add on services I didn't need. They also seemed to keep a solid stock of general automotive parts on hand. I'd looked at several other shops in the area before landing here, and I'm really glad I did. Pellerin's has earned a repeat customer. Highly recommend!”
