This place was a complete joke rude and un helpful staff I had asked many times before the end of my service plan as they call it if everything was ok I was repeatedly told that it was from the staff only to find out after the fact that the wouldn't take the forms because they where copy's of the original when one I had received in a email from the dmv and the other was a copy but I was never told even after they had received it weeks prior that it wasn't accepted by there company there response was it say it in the paperwork we had sent you I was never sent any paper work from the company from the start as I was never sent invoice for the payments I made Untill the day that they told me they wouldn't expect the paperwork they on purpose waited a week to process my paper work so I had to pay a additional 60 fee they charge for holding on to the paper work 10/10 wouldn't use this company

I called this morning to verify that my paperwork has been sent to the state. I was immediately told that I have not been closed out, because there is a balance due on my account. This balance has been paid off, and isn't even pending in my bank account. When trying to get more information, I was told there was going to be no argument and yelled at. I wasn't arguing, I am deeply concerned over the 150$ now missing from my account that was suppose to be paid to the AF and reflects so on my statement. Everytime I have called I have been met with combative and rude service, which would be understandable if I didn't pay 300$+ dollars for such services. I get that they get allot of upset people, but that doesn't give a right for employees to speak to people who are just trying to find out information, especially being told over 100$ is claiming not to paid when it has, and especially after I was told it would be in Monday morning because the director who had to sign off on it would be leaving early on Friday. A simple "I'm sorry, we are short staffed at the moment" would of sufficed.the treatment I have received through this whole experience is just wrong from being treated like that with phone staff, the constant reference of being a "drunk" and "criminal" In the class, and the disrespect to elderly client of during class, never mind a veteran.I get that having to take this program may come with a stigma, but out of all the people in the world the amethyst house should strive to not allow that stigma to define how we are treated, starting at the facilities.

They don’t care about you or your family, all about money. Please go anywhere but here I didn’t listen to the other reviews. This place is garbage.

If you unfortunately end up with a DUI or similar, DO NOT go through Claremont amethyst foundation. You will take classes if you don't need to and accused of something that was completely untrue when I told them that and they have the documents that say it is untrue.

Reached out for help and information. I truly cannot believe how rude the intake person (Jody) was. For absolutely no reason. I ended that call in tears. Shame on you, seriously. Shouldn't be in the line of work helping people if you treat them like this. Appears many others have had the same experience. Very unfortunate. For anyone trying to navigate NH based programs in this category, I highly recommend Chrysalis! Completely different experience. So far, the staff Ive dealt with have all been warm, helpful, and seem invested in their role of helping others.

shady dealings , make the rules as they go and are just out for a buck . It’s a shame they use these places as fronts for money rather than actually helping people , and being good honest people . And it starts at the top with this place and goes downhill . Save yourself and use a different program

“go anywhere except amethyst!” that’s the warning I ignored and I regret not listening. It’s a complete racket.

Everything went smoothly teacher was wonderful, had 10 aftercare and I had completed my request for the courts no surprises ,expected it would cost money but not outrageous I guess it’s the price you pay for misbehaving.

This nonprofit business charges outrageous fees. How can anyone in poverty comply to regain their license? The state nor the company itself does not care if you can afford the services financially.

I honestly wish there was a method to give negative stars in the case of this particular organization. Amethyst Foundation is a complete disaster of a business due to several reasons. I feel as though I have been dragged through the mud by Amthest because they hold so many procedures and costs over ones head. Despite the unnecessary charges and unresponsiveness, the employees are the real problem. The ladies that work in the sad little building they call a workplace are the most miserable people I have ever come in contact with. These women believe they are above the law and will do anything to avoid a questioning of their process. I was so desperate to speak to someone who could answer my questions and ease my mind that I even had someone drive me to the building. Once I got there I couldn't even find a front door so I proceeded to the back of the building because there was a sign that pointed to an "office". I knocked on the door and the secretary immediately slammed the door in my face. I then called them and informed them I was the one waiting outside and then was told I was not allowed in their building. I told them I didn't care about coming in, all I wanted was my questions to be answered. Despite my request I was asked to leave over the phone. I left enraged and disappointed because the entire process behind the Amethyst Foundation is a sick and twisted puzzle that no one is able to get past with ease. They also withheld my information that was rightfully mine to have according to New Hampshire law.

EVERYTHING YOU SAY IS BEING RECORDED FOR COURT TO GIVE YOU A LONGER SENTENCE. MY LAWYER DID NOT TELL ME THAT, THEREFORE I WAS GIVEN A 6-MONTH SENTENCE WHEN I HAD NEVER EVEN COMMITTED A CRIME. I HOPE THIS COMMENT HELPS YOU THE WAY MY LAWYER, JOSEPH ANNUTTO OF NASHUA, DID NOT HELP ME.SAY NOTHING. EVERYTHING YOU TELL THEM WILL BE SHOWN TO A JUDGE, AND ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE IS LYING.

Said they sent my paperwork and I found out they sent it to the wrong office. Talked to the hearings office, DMV never received it. I was told I had to wait 30 days before they would check back with DMV. Been playing phone tag trying to find out why I haven't been cleared. They said they were waiting for NH to clear me and NH DMV is waiting for them to clear me. Completed all requirements and yet still in limbo over 35 days. Definitely incompetent employees. Case was thru the court system not the DMV. They still tried to tell me it is the law for DMV to clear me. There is no such laws on the books. Plus they tried to charge me additional funds after all requirements were meet. Find another place.* update, I was charged and forced to pay for time I did not use at the Foundation. The Foundation called NH to complain about a 40 dollar charge I refused to pay. I was cleared and they waited an extra few weeks so they could charge me 40 dollars. So NH DMV threatened to suspend my license if I didn't pay it. They don't care about their clients only their bottom dollar.

23 years no license because of this place. Now that Ann is gone hopefully common sense will prevail. I had a negative breathalyzer and blood test yet they referred me for more treatment. My impairment was being tired, I worked 3rd shift, full time student and raising two kids alone not reliant on welfare. Fingers crossed once the new management sees my case and realize the error made and finally release my right to drive in New Hampshire so I can 23 years later , drive again. Smfh
