“While traveling in NH, I scheduled service on our 2021 Venza before making the trip back to Florida. This dealership in Epping NH was the best decision I could have made. After a minor snafu on my part by not having my maintenance warranty with me it was handled by the scheduler and service manager with no issues. “Outstanding experience! Can't say enough good things about Nick B. Just easy to do business with. We first talked via email and he broke down leasing and buying options on the vehicle we wanted. By the time I walked into the dealership for the first time, we pretty much settled on a fair price for the vehicle and trade. Three hours later , all paperwork completed I drove away with my new 4runner. First they offer discounts right on the website, second, they were very up front with pricing including all fees and bottom line pricing. Third: they use Kelly Blue Book values as the trade in approximate value. Would highly recommend this dealership over a few other NH Toyota dealers. McGee has a winning formula, no pressure, Nick doesn't pressure and was totally upfront. Never saw or needed to see any sales manager. He showed me all the controls and features. Actually drove 4runner out of the showroom floor, put plates on it and drove home that day.”
