Awful experience! We called on 12/19 for a fill up and was told by Kathy that we would get a delivery 12/21. They never showed up! We called them on 12/22 and we we informed that Kathy didn't remember taking our order so it would be 12/28 before we get our delivery. Really? We are on 1/4 tank, it's Christmas and I am so mad. I emailed to have a manager or owner contact me but no one responded. So unacceptable! They should be ashamed of themselves. If I could give 0 Stars I would

Button bought out Rockingham and will not perform maintenance or repairs for Rockingham clients. They’ll deliver oil but services for the heating system is contracted out. Buxton gave us the name of a company that tried to tell us we needed to replace our heating system to the tune of $11,000. After getting a second opinion we realized we were almost taken completely advantage of. Why can’t companies just be honest and do the right thing?

Good business to deal with. The previous homeowner had an established relationship with them, and my mother decided to continue using Buxton’s services. Plus, they accept fuel assistance credit. Whenever I call, the people on the other end are always kind and patient. After using diesel as a temporary solution overnight for her house, I made a frantic call this morning. Sure enough, that quick call got them to tell one of the delivery drivers to stop by fueling the tank. My mother’s house is warm again with no worries. Thank you so much, Buxton!

Had oil delivery today and the driver Mitch was very unprofessional. Cussing and slamming things. Unknown to him my family heard him calling us a bunch of N word’s even though we’re white and approached him in a friendly manner only to have vulgar attitude in return. Find another job Mitch you clearly can’t handle simple tasks.

What a wonderful company to work with! Shannon in the office is kind and helpful. Ron makes us feel safe and is amazing. I have dealt with several propane companies in both NH, MA, and ME. This is hand down the best experience. Look at the good reviews here. People who come back to leave a positive review really appreciate what they are getting.

Called for an oil fill at 1/8 of a tank. Was told they would come in a week to fill the tank. Ran out of oil the day before they were supposed to come. Cost me quite a bit of money to get the furnace running again. Will not be using them again.

Best customer service ever ! They called me the day my fuel assistance was deposited into my account so I could order a delivery and then delivered the next day ! I have never had a fuel company do that before. So amazing ! I will never use any other company

Very Professional and courteous from the first phone call to the setting of the tank and beyond. They are very thorough and insure the customer's needs are met. Ron is extremely knowledgeable, has many years of experience, and readily shares it with the customer so they can understand Propane use and the safety factors involved. And there were no unexpected fees ! I Highly recommend Buxton Oil and Propane.

Recently switched my oil and propane supplier from the exorbitantly priced Eastern to Buxton. Ron provided excellent customer service with both tank installation and propane delivery. He was professional, courteous, respectful of our property and took time to answer all my questions. Buxton is lucky to have him as an employee. The office folks were nice and helpful too.

I reached out after hours on a Friday, the woman answering after hours took down my information and relayed someone would reach out when they opened. First thing Monday morning, a very nice woman called me back and scheduled the delivery for the next morning. We recently moved to the area and this was my first time filling the oil tank. The process was extremely easy, I would highly recommend using them!

Recentley i changed companies on propane service for a newly installed generator. John the manager and Ron the service tech did a first class job and really took care of my family. Being a retired general service manager i really can appriciate professionalism.
