“These guys bent over backwards to fit my appointment in (due to my lack of convenience) and still paid attention to the small details like replacing my stickers and even my EZ-Pass. Dealt with several other companies before I got to them and was getting the runaround of high quotes with unnecessary bogus fees, rescheduled appointments and bad customer service. These guys were to the point, and completed the service in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. Needless to say they will be handling all of my glass needs in the future. “I did my homework, visited 4 glass companies, and settled on Premier because of the fantastic customer service and price (they were about $400 less than Timberline for a comparable solution). I met the owner Dennis on site and he was the one who measured my new shower for sliding glass doors. The installers were Dennis' son and nephew. They were fabulous... and really nice people too. The installation was great but I didn't like the towel bar on the inside of the shower because I felt cramped. They came back the next day and replaced it with nice quality knobs.. No charge. There are huge benefits to working with a family operation that cares about quality and values their customers.”
