I could barely give them 1star! Worst run CVS I have ever experienced. Pharmacy can't open the drive through due to staffing but won't post any notification. They are rude and don't care about their customers! The CVS in Stratham is so much better run! Sr. management listen to this and make some changes!

Try to call and they don't pick up the phone. Must only have one person there. Store was a mess when I came in with inventory all over the place. Perhaps waiting for someone to load the shelves. Maybe that was the same person who didn't pickup the phone. I called ahead for rapid covid test so I didn't waste time going in. Either way, I wasted my time because no one there to help.

Usually I can pick up or drop off a prescription without a hitch but the telephone service is terrible. This is a review of the phone system and the employees willingness to answer the phone only. I have been standing in line inside to drop off an Rx or pick one up and the phone is ringing "5 pharmacy calls....minutes later...6 pharmacy calls". No one answers the damn phone. I have been on the opposite end of this, too. 2 hours and 16 minutes on hold before I end up hanging up. Crazy how terrible they are with their phone-call customers.

I was trying to get some assistance from the pharmacy regarding my husband's prescription. The pharmacist woman was 1 of the rudest people that I've ever spoken to in my life. Before I spoke to her I spoke to a rude man but the pharmacist refused to give me the name she said it was either nick or Keith. By the end of the call I had absolutely no information , all I got was real bad attitude from The nastiest woman I've ever spoken to. I will never walk into that pharmacy again.

I walked in just to renew an existing prescription. At the "Drop Off" window, the gal was on the phone so I just stepped back a couple feet and waited. There were 8 people behind the counter. A couple appeared to be working on a computer screen but at least 5 were just milling around batting the breeze with each other. During the course of the next 3-5 minutes, every one of them made eye contact with me as I wandered from Drop Off to Consultation to Pick Up but no one had the courtesy to step over and ask me what I wanted. Finally, another gentleman came in and went to the pick up window and one of them went right over to him. He pointed out that I was ahead of him but still no one asked me what I needed. I then shouted "Wow, I'm invisible. No one can see me!" (I'm 6'3" and 230 pounds.). Finally, the gal on the phone at drop off window hung up the phone and asked what I needed. Now, maybe there's only one person who is qualified to enter pharmacy requests into the computer but is it too much to ask that 1 out of 8 attendants might just care enough to inquire about why I was standing there? Just very poor manners and a lack of professionalism in my opinion.

This place is terrible. 2 1/2 hour wait for simple antibiotic prescriptions and rude staff. Never again. Always an excuse why it takes so long. Today's excuse was that "it's Monday". Later, CVS. I'm headed back to Rite Aid.

This is the quietest store I have ever visited, think library-silent. I found an employee and asked where to find something and I felt like I was screaming. Her response was so low I could hardly hear her. Not busy Clean Well-stocked Conveniently located on a main road and a great stop for essentials Friendly employees Plenty of parking
