My husband just purchased Covid/flu rapid test from Epping CVS because I’m home sick. When it was opened, it was missing test tube, so it was useless. He bought this on his way from another location, but it’s 20 minutes from our home, so he then ran down the street to nearby Rite Aid to get another one, a different brand. I called CVS in Epping, spoke to manager Steve Hardy to tell them and ask if could return later, we were told they could only replace it instead, computer/CVS policy would not allow refund. It was defective product, I saw online that this issue had happened with that brand before, I no longer trust that brand (IHealth). How can they not give me $ back, ridiculous. I’m very disappointed in CVS.

When using the drive through to pick up my daughters medication, the pharmacist always yells out what we are picking up, instead of just asking if we have any questions, so patients behind us can hear exactly what we have, which violates patient confidentiality, I think management should look into this and have the pharmacist be more discreet when a patient is picking up their medications or a family members medication

I cannot not say enough good things about Bella who works in the pharmacy. I think she may be one of the pharmacist technicians or the pharmacy manager. She goes above and beyond for customers, especially when they are in need of very important medications. Bella helped me today and on multiple other occasions with dealing with refills that my doctor neglected. Bella deserves a raise and a paid vacation!! She returns calls as soon as she possibly can, calls in advance if there is an issue with a medication, and is sure to answer any and all prescription questions!! Keep it going Bella, you’re doing awesome!!

After several phone calls to this CVS including calling back to my home CVS to stop processing my prescription thru my insurance company because the Epping CVS assured me the had the medication and to come in today at 2:30. Drove there today and waited in line for 10 minutes for the woman at the counter to say come back in 15 minutes and it will be ready. We went back through the drive through a half hour later and they told us that they didn’t have the medication in stock. We told her the lady at the counter said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Then we also explained that we called the day before and they assured us they had it and we even had to stop our insurance from processing it at our local pharmacy. We even said what time we talked with someone yesterday. No luck. No apology. Just we don’t have it. This was a terrible experience.

The parking lot alone is enough to drive anyone crazy. Top it off with rude staff in the pharmacy and a pharmacy manager that couldn't care less about the customer experience makes me want to give it a zero.

The reviews don’t lie. The pharmacy is awful. I ended up finding out the info I needed by calling Walgreens right up the street. Unfortunately I cannot use them since I’m forced to use CVS with my health plan. But Walgreens knowing I have CVS health plan spent the time to give me suggestions on how to get my sons medication filled. Which worked! If you have a choice and can avoid this place that’s a recommendation I will make! I’m swapping pharmacies to another CVS. Hopefully they lose enough clients and can stay home. Shameful, miserable, do better Sara, your always the one maybe take a few days off.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. You cannot get in contact with the pharmacy without leaving a number and waiting for a return call. Sometimes you get the call and sometimes you do not. The staff appears bothered with any questions or requests and tend to be rude or unresponsive. I am stuck with CVS due to insurance, and plan to drive a further distance to establish a new location. That is how horrible their customer service is.

Called at 6:45 PM and waited on the phone for 16 minutes. Promptly at 7 o’clock someone answered the phone and then hung up on me so that I couldn’t call back (since the pharmacy was closed and the automated system wouldn’t allow me).

Completely inept pharmacy staff. Hold times up to 30 minutes wait and when they finally answer you, they are snappy. They put me on hold again mid-sentence and I was spoken to as if I am the world's biggest inconvenience. I've had nice pharmacy staff in the past, but today two women on the phone were extremely rude, literally having put me on hold repeatedly as I'm speaking and then treating me like I'm supposed to know who I'm speaking to when I've been put on hold 5 separate times. They became increasingly more rude as I became more frustrated because what could have been a 30 second phone call was dragged out to a half hour to get one very simple question answered. "(Will the prescription be ready today?)" Beyond ridiculous.

I have more issues with this pharmacy! I had called specifically told the pharmacist to fill my prescription I am aware my insurance does not cover it AND I HAVE BEEN GETTING THIS SCRIPT FOR TWO YEARS OUT OF POCKET! NOW I WILL BE UNABLE TO LEAVE FOR VACATION AFTER I CALLED AND IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE READY TODAY! Furious at this chain pharmacy keeps sending me notifications which I call and speak to the pharmacist about and still NO MEDICATION READY! The ABSOLUTE WORST!
