I have been going to GC for over 25 years and got the worst haircut ever a couple of weeks ago. I brought in a picture to see if she could duplicate. I have short easy hair and she practically shaved the side of my head. Tried to stop her but too late. Awful

Beware of training employees! I have been coming to this salon for years with my daughters and have never had a bad experience until today. My 11 year old asked for a trim and ended up with a shoulder length bob (4 inches) After she left the salon hysterically crying (she does not cry) I then went back to speak with the manager who also helped the trainging employee (who was well in her 60's) fix the butch cut my daughter was given. The manager was very sympathetic, and refunded me my 18 dollars, however the damage was done and my daughter is still hysterically crying 5 hours later. I was told this hairdresser would be relocated to Bedford NH after today - so PLEASE beware! Ask for Sage if you go here as she made my daughter feel amazing after her cut months ago.

They don’t listen why don’t they ever listen if you tell them what you want and then they butcher your hair how are you suppose to ever trust going anywhere to get a haircut it’s stupid
