“First of all, I love Michael’s anyway. They are in the middle of a clear out and restock due to the closing of Party City. So they will now be selling more party items, such as balloons, which I observed after asking about the emptiness in the front aisles. Hopefully they keep the Party City items to a minimum, so as not to clutter up the store with irrelevant items. It would turn it into a this & that store, which for me, wouldn’t be appealing. The staff are always friendly, although they don’t really ever seem too knowledgeable about the things they are selling. This is not for this particular store, it’s just an observation of the different locations I’ve visited. I would usually have to rely on my own knowledge or investigate the aisles myself to find what I am looking for.”

“As an artist and like sometimes doing craft projects, i always find what I need at Michael's. And since the day they have opened, I have found a professional and friendly staff who are always willing to help guide and answer my questions. Their regular coupons are another reason I keep coming back. Yes I highly recommend Michael's in Epping, NH!”
