My experience here is always wonderful. The Doctor is very knowledgeable, the girls at the front desk are always friendly and Terri goes above and beyond to please her customers. Once you step in the door, everyone makes you feel like family.

The doctor is patient and highly communicative! Customer service by Terri was assertive and strong in adjustments and recommendations. I had plenty of time allowed to adjust after years of poor care elsewhere!! Thank you Terri!!!

Doctor was great, staff is working hard to up sell, if you plan on getting glasses elsewhere be prepared to get an attitude and not a good one, Best business is word of mouth and the opposite also applies!!!

Wonderful staff helps pick frames to enhance your look. The only place I go for new glasses! Dr. Johnson is very kind and talks you thru everything during an exam.

Pat at J&C Optical is an absolute whiz at fixing glasses. She did her magic in a few minutes (maybe even seconds), replacing lenses in a new frame that I brought in. I was very impressed with her skill, knowledge and patience. Pat obviously goes above-and-beyond with her customers at J&C Optical in Epping, NH. I would highly recommend Pat and this eye glass shop to anyone who needs glasses and/or repairs and wants excellent customer service.

Dr. Robert Johnson was GREAT. As someone who had never been to an eye doctor, I scratched my cornea and called J&C Optical to see if I could come in as soon as possible. The staff on the phone were very friendly, and Dr. Johnson agreed to see me between some other patients and told me to come in. He was extremely friendly, and explained everything to me respectfully and with lots of details so that I understood my injury and my treatments, as well as other treatment options if those didn't work. He even gave me his card and said that I could contact him on Friday when he was working at his other clinic in case I needed anything. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Robert Johnson, and am SO grateful to him for helping me with my scratched cornea!

Customer service is rude and utterly disrespectful. You can’t complain because they’re the owner. Will NEVER be back and will be telling everyone I know to do the same.

If I could rate this shop 0 stars and be able to post a review I would. There is no way to describe in full how absolutely terrible their customer service. It's also impossible to complain about because the terrible service I received was from an owner. I will not be going there ever again and will be telling everyone I meet to not set foot in this hellhole.
