Wouldn't share prices up front, charged double what they got me, charged me twice and now won't reverse the second charge for 8 to 10 weeks. Nice enough people, but holy cow services did not meet expectations.

My tax agent was awesome. She made me feel super comfortable which is necessary when dealing with the stresses having to do taxes. She made me laugh, and was very informative throughout the process. I will be seeking her assistance next year. Thank you very much.

I always use to go to HnR Block because of convenience, but I will drive out of my way to get my taxes done by JacksonHewitt because of the great job and services they provide.. the branch in Epping NH is the best on in my opinion.. Lori C. Was my agent and when my business becomes successful, I’ll be stealing Miss L.C. For my own accountant and that’s no lie... Thank You JacksonHewitt for making my tax season pleasant and painless... James H.
