Every time I go into this Lowe's in Epping there are never any Lumber carts available, you will find 10 to 15 with material stockpiled throughout the aisles. Numerous occasions I have been here to shop for lumber and have had to go out into the parking lot to retrieve carts and I'm not talking by the exit door I mean out into the parking lot. I feel if they are going to pull an order they should go get a car from the parking lot and save the carts that are in the store for the customers. Because of the 100° temperatures today I am going to go to Home Depot and purchase my $1,500 worth of building materials because they have a cart inside for me to use or at least by the door.

Avoid the assistant manager Jodi. She is argumentative, rude and unhelpful. I visited the store twice to pickup my item and each time she was unpleasant. I’ll be avoiding this store and following up my interactions with corporate.

I was profiled at this location. A new guy Bob went out of his way to help us find the grill we were looking for and rung us up. Then some fake smiling woman who had started following us around asked if we needed help, she answered my question and then checked the price of the grill because she heard us say how cheap it was. When told that we already paid for it she stumbled on her words and said she was looking to get one herself and wanted to know how much it was. Then proceeded to follow us for the rest of the time we were in the store. Very obviously. Disgusting behavior towards paying customers. Bob was great though.

I've had it with this store. This is about the 3rd time I have come here to get some plywood and insulation only to find all the flat top cart filled with picked orders. The other carts are to hard to fill alone and forget about getting any help. So once again I have to take my 300-400 dollar sale elsewhere.
Rochester lowes is a bit better but I really wish there were more options...
