Tried to return a product that I purchased through Lowe’s website, Val the head cashier was not a pleasant person to deal with, maybe she was not having the best day, rolled her eyes on me. Tried to tell me that she would not return the item because I purchased it online then, tried to say that it’s not a Lowe’s product and it’s the manufacturer ( just coming up with multiple excuses), this is an example that she is in need for more training on the return policy & customer service. Almost every product that Lowe’s sells comes from a manufacturer and if you purchase it whether it’s purchased in-store or through Lowe’s website, Lowe’s is responsible for taking it back not the manufacturer. Also gave me the wrong store number when I asked her. She then called the ASM Jodi, Jodi was nice not arrogant like Val, but still made no effort to help. Now I will have to go through corporate to return the product. Horrible customer experience!

Why not it's a hardware store how could it be less than five stars you can get everything you need here to build a house renovate a house and do a kitchen maybe even mow your lawn or clear snow or melt snow or shovel snow you can also get light bulbs and an assortment of light fixtures and maybe even some batteries and if you need glues or adhesives or paints I'm sure this is the place for you have fun and exploring this massive store.

I have been in the epping Lowe's 3 × needing assistance With ordering carpets, not a single person can help me or knows how. I work at Walmart and when there is assistance needed we find a way. Mgmt should know how to do everything their store offers in these cases or maybe on the counter put times available to order if there isn't staffing. I will be finding somewhere else to purchase my carpets.

This place is a complete waste of time. We looked online to find several items for a kitchen as we’re doing a little remodeling respect out all the sizes on a certain put sand for a Range that was supposed to be in stock at Lowe’s Epping. Their website said they had four ready for pick up, we made a list of approximately 20 items we need at the store. We check to see their availability about 15 or 16 said they were in stock ready for pick up when we got to the store we only found three items Nothhing Lutron, Stark, Nothhing, Diz’s ready for pick up complete waste of time. I wonder how long before this place is out of business they are doing a horrible job , no one knows what to do. They do not have the products and the website is grossly in accurate like I said complete waste of time and gas to get here

Needed a replacement part. Took me a long time to find right spot.Asked for help 4 times, they all pointed in a general direction. After all that, they didn't carry replacement parts.How to improve. Offer to walk with customer to location(s) where parts might be. Improved signage to help locate items.

This store is terrible. Lowes in general is not that great but this store customer service is terrible. Employees refuse to help and refuse to get someone who knows anything to help. You may want to retrain your front end associates how to behave appropriately. They don't bother giving receipts forcing you to get in store credit for your returns and then saying sorry this card isnt matching up so your out of luck. Can we get manager to override or cross reference my name with the card? No, they will say no. Okay call em up. No. What a terrible way to handle the issue. Kinda seems like a scam to me. Multi billion dollar company can't afford to help their customers.

I will finish this review when I receive a door that is not damaged.9/3 response to the owner's response - do you not see a problem here? We can continue to "work" together only if you deliver a door that is not damaged. So, far two doors have been delivered as damaged. update 9/19 after three attempts I asked and received a refund. The employees at this location do not care about the customer's merchandise that has been paid for.

I needed to paint my very large 30' x 23' wrap around deck at my parents lake camp. I decided on on Valspar's Mocha for the color. The woman there seemed very confused on what numbers to enter for mixing. I spent 15 hours painting the deck, rails, and bench seats hoping it would dry darker, but what I got was some pink salmon color. Not a good look or match with a 60 year old dark brown fishing camp. I'm extremely MAD! I spent $200 on that paint and It's outright ugly! Is entering a number that difficult?

I had an excellent experience at the Epping Lowes 7/18/23. Noah and Patty went out of the way to help me with new carpet. I've never been treated so well and professionally in a large home improvement store. I will definitely drive further from my house to go to this Epping location in the future.

Lowe's is pretty much hit or miss. Last year they seemed to have more variety of organic plants, which I was really hoping to plant this year, but they barely had anything to choose from. It was also disappointing that when I asked a (possibly) manager of the area he had no idea if more would come in or where they'd be located. Other than that, the customer service in general is really good & very friendly. So much so that I went back to look for a lawnmower as a gift & almost had a team helping me. I am very grateful to them all.
