Was very interested in purchasing a certified used vehicle. Started a conversation with Sean Beal out of the Epping location. After a few text messages and emails, the communication stopped on his end. I then reached out to out again and was in contact with Baylor. Again, in contact through texts, then nothing. I've chosen to go elsewhere.

Outstanding experience! Can't say enough good things about Nick B. Just easy to do business with. We first talked via email and he broke down leasing and buying options on the vehicle we wanted. By the time I walked into the dealership for the first time, we pretty much settled on a fair price for the vehicle and trade. Three hours later , all paperwork completed I drove away with my new 4runner. First they offer discounts right on the website, second, they were very up front with pricing including all fees and bottom line pricing. Third: they use Kelly Blue Book values as the trade in approximate value. Would highly recommend this dealership over a few other NH Toyota dealers. McGee has a winning formula, no pressure, Nick doesn't pressure and was totally upfront. Never saw or needed to see any sales manager. He showed me all the controls and features. Actually drove 4runner out of the showroom floor, put plates on it and drove home that day.

Had a difficult experience at another Toyota dealership in the area but I’m so glad that I gave Toyota of Epping a chance and found Almando. He was welcoming, straightforward, patient, and honest. Looking forward to being a continued customer of Almando and this dealership!

I would NOT recommend McGee Toyota! My Dad who is currently in hospice spoke to Ray about buying back his 2018 Toyota Tacoma with 13,000 miles. They agreed on a price and Ray said they would come that following week to pick it up and give him a check. That day came and went and we never heard from Ray or McGee Toyota. We have tried to call, email and have received no response. They completely ghosted my Dad and family. If you changed your mind, have some decency and say it.

I wrote a review in 2020 because no one in the dealership was wearing a mask. Then NH had an indoor mask mandate for a while and I went back because they were now required to mask. We just brought my vehicle back in for routine maintenance after receiving an email from the service department which states the following: "The safety of our employees and the community is our top priority. We will continue to take the extra steps to keep our customers and employees safe. IN AN EFFORT TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING WE HAVE REDUCED OUR SERVICE STAFF." (Emphasis is mine). Not one person was wearing a mask in the dealership, neither the two people behind the desk in the service department nor the people who check you out after an appointment. I don't know why their service staff is 'reduced' but it obviously has little to do with concern for anyone's safety.

Went to McGee for an oil change, because of their later service hours. Price was more money than Portsmouth Toyota and they put in 0w20 synth bulk instead of Toyota LOF OIL. They did a Multipoint inspection and they marked that my air filter and cabin filter needed immediate attention, even though I changed them myself with OEM parts a month before. They checked the tires and said I had a tire depth of 2/32. I admit that the tires need to be replaced but because of cracking in the tread and side walls, which they seemed to have missed. They stated that the brakes where down to 2 mm and needed replacement but you can see the brakes without removing the tires and they are not that low. It looks like I will have to make time to go somewhere else for service and new tires.

Good service call. We were traveling from the Western states. Our only complaint is that the car was not washed. All of our prior Toyota dealers gave a courtesy wash.

I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Rav 4. The staff was very informative and willing to work out a mutual price for purchase. They also helped tow my totaled Nissan from an auto body shop free of charge. With that said, I left my passport in my Nissan. The manager happily retrieved my passport and had it ready for me upon arrival. When working with finance, the finance manager was extremely informative and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I got the best rate on my auto loan. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from McGee Toyota of Epping - if you are searching for cars anywhere else, I feel bad for you.

Our conversation with McGee began online and quickly, as we were at another dealership that was hassling us and trying to sell a vehicle we did not want. Instead, I saw inventory at McGee and sent an inquiry online. We had an immediate response by Elizabeth W. who said there was inventory available and one that I picked out online. She also provided solid numbers with incentives that were enough for us to drive to Epping. We arrived to a charming person who greeted us outside in the frigid cold air; that person was Cassandra P. Even though we could not see Cassy's smiling face with the face mask blocking, we sensed her spirited self and enthusiasm. She quickly welcomed us, even offered a water. Cassy got right to business looking up the information from the earlier conversation I had with Elizabeth. Cassy pulled the Highlander out and got things ready for an introduction and a ride. After the time spent, we knew this was the vehicle for us.We returned to the desk and Cassy got down to the nuts and bolts, again wasting no time to quickly lock in the best incentives for the new vehicle and a solid value for our trade vehicle. Before we knew it, she came back and told us we can drive home today with the new vehicle. I was shocked and never expected that to occur, primarily because the sales of an automobile at a dealership never ended with me driving a new car home the same day.Liridon S. wasted no time with closing out, discussing the financing and warranties. He was very informative, providing us with all the details we needed.Cassy did a phenomenal job closing the deal along with getting the best incentives for a beautiful Highlander. Cassy also went the extra mile to explain about all the features inside the car. I was truly amazed at how well she knew all of the features and functions. When the building was closed, she took the extra time to go over some things with the vehicle which we appreciated a great deal.I want to thank the staff VERY MUCH for valuing our time. We are very pleased with the vehicle. We recommend 1000% this dealership to all. If you ever have a bad experience, speak with management instead of coming here. The staff were all informative and held nothing back.
