“It was the end of the day and my wife’s car battery died. I called Exeter Motor works and the told me to have her come right over. A friend jumped started her car, and Exeter Motor Works was waiting for her. They took great care of her and her car for a fair price. She didn’t have to wait too long either. We are going to use Exeter Motor Works for now on.”
“Service has been excellent. Last year my wife had a dead battery and they went above and beyond, coming to our house, jumping the car and returning it when the work was done (convenient with a baby in the house!). Happy to have a great shop so close by.”

“I met Adam about a week ago. His presentation was kind and courteous, and he gave a good handshake that should tell you enough. But I’ll be more specific. I had a fuel leak situation that I thought was fairly dangerous. He advised me based upon his experience as to what it might be or what it would be and gave me an estimate of the cost associated. My truck was in his shop within four days as promised, and he delivered it as promised exceedingly above and beyond any short notice service calls I have seen. Regardless, it’s very difficult to find quality mechanics these days and he is working it out. What impresses me the most about Adam is that he said what he was going to do. He gave me a price? He did what he said he was going to do and he stayed within five dollars or so within his estimate. I am very impressed and if you need quality repairs done to any of your vehicles, make sure you contact Adam and tell him I sent you”

“Kyle was the epitome of customer service. It was a humid 95 degrees out, and he only had 1 trainee with him while I was there (1.5 hrs). Not only was he very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to me, but he was like this while taking care of about 5 additional customers during that time. He listened to a few customer's complaints about negative experiences with a previous business, and not once did he comment negatively about those other businesses. I am extremely impressed with his service and professionalism. I will be coming back regularly.

“Rob and John really helped me out in a pinch! On the way to dinner I noticed a loud noise coming from one of my tires. Long story short a huge bolt was stuck in my tire! They had me back on may way quickly and still made it to dinner on time!!! They were so nice and really made my not so great week and turned it around!
