“I have a Laars Endurance boiler for my home heat and hot water; these are notoriously difficult units to work on. My circulator pump died and I called Eastern to have a tech replace it. Ben Danvers arrived at the time I was promised and he spent the next few hours completing this incredibly awkward and onerous task. He was very professional the whole time despite the level of frustration he must have been feeling about this work. (These units are absolutely not designed to be maintained and when he called in to Laars' tech support to ask for there were any tips / tricks to do the replacement, he was told "no, that it's just a very difficult job and that their newer units have a much better designed". Ben persevered throughout and was able to get it replaced through his dogged determination. Thanks Ben!”
